Been fighting Leroy Merlin since 21/04/2025 after they delivered only half the solar kit I ordered, order number 233215. Ticket number 1051728, 1142322. Requested a return/refund a month ago... Still waiting. After sales service is nothing more than a complaints black hole. Supervisors involved: Vanessa Fonseca and Sara Lagarto. Nothing has been done. Seeking legal help now.
