Leo's Sewer & Drain Service, Inc. is the real deal! They're the go-to for us property managers in the Springs. We use them all the time for all sorts of stuff. The guys who come out to do the work know what they're doing, and the people who answer the phone are always super nice and helpful. We've been working with them for like 3 years now and they've never let us down. Highly recommend!

I called 3 plumbers and no one could fix the problem. I felt like they were just guessing. I kept telling them that I thought the sewer main was clogged. My whole house ended up flooding. Leo's came out and fixed it fast and professional. They cleared the sewer main, showed me all the imaging, and were priced reasonably. I'm so happy!

I had a plumber from Leo's Sewer & Drain Service, Inc. come to fix a leak in my basement on 4/29/22. They put a clamp on it and covered it with cement, and it seemed like it was fixed. However, on 5/22/22, the leak came back from where it was repaired. I contacted them to fix it again, but they couldn't give me a time or date when they would return. It's been leaking since 5/22, and it's now 5/31. When I called, the receptionist was rude and couldn't give me any information. I asked for the operations manager, but he was in a meeting and would get back to me at some point. It's clear that this isn't an emergency, but they need to fix it right away. It doesn't seem like a priority to them. I want them to fix it immediately and do the job correctly.

I had a bad experience with Leo's Sewer & Drain Service, Inc. Jeremy came to my house on 07/15 to check and clean the boiler. He wrote on his report that the boiler was in good condition. But during winter, the house was not getting warm enough. I called another HVAC company, and they found many problems with the boiler. They said that these problems were there for years. They also said that they could not fix the boiler to code. When I called Leo's Sewer, they told me to talk to Jeremy. Jeremy said that he could make a new hood for the boiler, but the building department would not allow it. He also said that he did not see the soot build-up on the components because of the tape on the hood.

Leo's Sewer & Drain Service, Inc. told me on the phone that they charge $139 per hour for plumbing. They came over and did 3 things. They changed a flapper valve in one toilet, rotated another toilet handle, and tightened a compression fitting on the manifold in the basement. The service guy didn't have any statement of billing or ipad, so I didn't sign anything. He told me the charge was $400. I paid him by check and he left. My husband later told me that this was price gouging. I think the service guy was here from just after 9 am until just after 10:30. He charged us $65 for the installation of the flapper valve which we agreed to. No other parts were given. There is no way this work took 2 1/2 hours. We called them 3 times to talk about this, I finally stopped payment on the check and they sent us a "signed" agreement for a $350 estimate of repair. They said I signed this, which I didn't and never saw, and in both signature spaces someone wrote "COVID 19." I have a copy of this in my email and can give it to you.

I hired Leo's Sewer & Drain Service, Inc. to inspect the plumbing of a home I was buying on November 30. They did the inspection and said everything was fine. But when I had to sell the house less than a year later, the buyers hired a plumber who found a problem that Leo's should have seen. Leo's didn't report the problem to me, and now I have to pay to fix it. Other plumbers agree that the problem needs to be fixed, but Leo's won't help pay for it. They say the problem is minor, but other plumbers say it's significant. Leo's had a duty to report any problems they found, but they didn't. Now I have to pay for their mistake. I had a problem with Leo's Sewer and Drain Cleaning. They moved my washing machine pipes without getting a permit. They also replaced my old drain pipe and removed a 60-year-old water valve. They replaced it with a copper elbow, which was a good idea. But they didn't document the work they did, and their work was really bad. A few days after they left, I noticed an upward bulge in the drain pipe, and when I released the strap supporting it, the fitting and pipe fell apart. There was also a constant drip where they replaced the old valve. I called another plumber, who told me a permit was needed for the work Leo's did. Leo's did come back and fix the leaking elbow, but they didn't fix the drain pipe or the studor valve. When I asked for a supervisor to come out, they accused me of being unreasonable and said they wouldn't fix the problems. Another plumber pulled the permit and completed the work.
