Used Ryan tonite to fix a serius clog. He was consious and sought various avenues until he was successful. Very diligent and helped us almost immediately after we called. Really appreciate his efforts to solve the issue. Jeff connors Truckee, California.

I asked for service on 9/25. I needed an invoice for taxes and an explanation of the work that needed to be done for permanent repairs. It's pretty simple, if you can't handle a basic business request, you should find another job. I contacted the company multiple times by phone (4) and through email (4 times). Since I'm not at the location, I specifically asked for an invoice detailing what the $735 I paid covered and the location of the problem so I could get someone to fix it permanently. It's been 6 weeks and I haven't received anything. When I called this time, the person who answered the phone wouldn't tell me their name and was crying about being busy. They told me they didn't want my business even though I had already paid in full, and then they hung up. All I wanted was for them to do what they said they would do, but that didn't happen. If they can't resolve this, I'll start posting on social media, contact the attorney general, and reach out to my credit card company. Let me know how you can help the public. I've been patient and polite so far, but I don't appreciate incompetent people hanging up on me.

So many issues. I'm not a plumber, and I live in ***, so I needed a company that can figure out the job without my help. That was not the case. First when I called and told them my house drains were backing up. Notice I said house. I gave them the address of my house and the house code to get in the front door. They told me they would call me when they got underway so I could have someone there to meet them. They did not call until they were at a ski resort building trying to use my front door code. Then I figured out they were not at my house and gave them instructions on how to drive 200 yards up the road to my driveway. They then called me to tell me that it was just the washing machine drain that was stopped up. I had to argue that there was *** coming out of that drain. Finally they did clear a main line. But at a ridiculous charge they would not guarantee the work unless I paid a lot more to have a camera of the line. I have never paid so much to have a simple line cleaning and this is the first that the company does not guarantee their work. No, I'll never use them again.
