Hello,
I have a problem with this company's return policy. They publicize Hassle Free 60 returns and never mention in the same disclaimer that some items are excluded.
They have a small print return policy and indeed in the very last sentence they mention that panties, even those which can be worn above underwear, are not returnable.
It was very easy not to notice this disclaimer, while it was extremely obvious to see the other, in extra large red bold lettering.. misleading to say the least!
As the majority of this company's products are considered panties, then this Hassle free return policy is to say the least incorrect.
Their size chart is also questionable as the diverse materials used for their products is quite different, some stretch a lot and some do not. It is very easy to purchase the wrong size.
Further, they issue return labels even for products that presumably cannot be returned... I wonder why...
I am completely disappointed with this company which promotes itself with misinformation and lures customers with incomplete and false advertising.

I have ordered several items from Leonisa and when my order finally arrived I discovered that 2 items were incorrect. They looked nice, but sizes were also wrong. I went to their website and checked their return policy and it stated free return shipping. But when I contacted customer service they said that I have to pay for the return shipping. I told them about what was said in their own policy but they actually did not care. Well, it was not so expensive so I sent the wrong items back and was supposed to get a replacement. Few weeks later I received another package and when I opened it I discovered that they shipped me the wrong items again! Contacted Leonisa and they refused to give me a refund or a replacement. They were very rude and totally unprofessional!
