I purchased Lenovo Ideapad Slim 5 Gen 10 Ryzen 7 735HS 16GB 512GB laptop for rupees 63,526 with 3 years onsite premium care ADP warranty. Within 5 months, multiple issues arose with the laptop.

I sent 1,000 emails to all Lenovo officials, and even within one month, I reported the issues but was denied a refund. I want my full refund immediately. My laptop serial number is PW0LLC7E. I request that my full hard-earned money be refunded immediately, fully, without any deduction.

In every visit, more defects were found by the visiting engineer. Worst service.
