My husband purchased this three 1/2 years ago for about $1,0000. Something happened to the security and this year it got a couple of viruses. Best Buy, where he bought it, took the viruses off and reset the security but the touchpad doesn't work anymore. Lenovo states they don't have any information because he bought it from Best Buy. They won't back up their products, even though they manufactured them. Makes no sense.
Claimed loss: No touchpad anymore and almost $200 in repair bills.
Desired outcome: Touchpad work now.
