I spent about 90 minutes on calls with them and got nowhere. I made a purchase and didn't see it on my account. I called and was told it would show up in a few days.
I called back after 30 days because I was not seeing my rewards. I was told I checked out as a guest. Had the agent I spoke to a couple days after I made my purchase told me this, I would have returned the items totalling $1,000. Now it's too late and they won't do anything except tell me they will discipline the agent I spoke to. Absolutely horrible service. I would give negative stars if I could and I will never purchase from them again.

Recommendation: Do not buy anything from this horrible company
