Purchased a laptop on 06/30/2026 with a ship date of 07/06, got an email on 07/03 with there has been a delay and your purchase will take up to 30 days to arrive, called customer service and was told we dont know when could expect it to arrive, I asked them is the laptop in stock or are you waiting on a shipment, crickets, could not give a straight answer, told her to cancel order, she said ok and I would get a reply in 24 to 48 hours, in the meantime got transferred to sales and I asked him over the loud background noise the other agents were talking, anyway I asked for an alternative and he sent me a quote by email with the exact same system I was cancelling, ugh while I was on the phone I said this is the exact same system, then a long pause well I cant help you with anything else, I ended the call. Went to best but closeout looking for deal lol, could not even see what laptops where in stock, the sales person looked them up an the computer and I didnt see anything that would work for me. I have a cabinet design program that I use and need alot of ram and a great graphics card. So I went to amazon while in the parking lot and ordered a lenovo from a reseller, it came on 07/07. Got an email from the leasing company my payment will be processed in three days, called them and was told we have not recieved any cancellation for said order and that I would need to contact lenovo to get that fixed. Called customer care ha ha, and was told your cancellation request was denied and the laptop was being packaged for delivery, I told him I dont want it to please cancel order, he said I cant stop the process and I said I need a supervisor, which after a few minutes with him I knew this was going no where. I told him this is the worst customer service experience I have ever had with a company and I told him this is unacceptable in 2026, he proceeded to reply back to me that I was expecting to much and I would have to just send it back when I receive the order, I said well when is the order being shipped, he could not give me a date, I said back to him your other agent just said its being packaged for shipment, well I dont see that on my screen and I will have to talk to him after the call ends, all the while very nonchalant about the entire call, the asked is thier anything I can do for you, "your kidding right" ugh
