My elderly friend was talked into purchasing 900.00 worth of product, when she went to return unopened product a week later they said the cold not refund her money. None of the plastic wrap was removed from the packges and non were opened. Please resolve this and allow her to return a product she would never use. I feel she was taken advatange of because she was elderly

Desired outcome: Return of Unopened packages, and money refunded

I have the Plus 2nd generation, I bought it end of september 2025, I charged it and it had a red light then it turned orange. Does the orange light mean it is fully charged?.
