I ordered the lipscense starter kit product from a distributor Melanie Thompson and I never received the product. It was shipped to the wrong address and she refuses to re-ship my product I paid for because she says it would come out of her pocket. I either want to be reimbursed or receive my product. In this industry it maybe smart to be proactive and confirming the address before shipping products to avoid this in thw future
