Lazboynail or tack sticking out of armrest!


Purchased a reclining chair on October 3, 2007. Shortly thereafter noticed that a tack or nail was about to punch hole through arm rest. Called the store in November with no success. Emailed corporate office with no success. Left message for store manager with no success. Spoke to their customer service who promised follow-up with no success. Called the store today, January 12 and advised them to come and pick up their chair... You can guess what they told me. They told me that the service technician would call today... heard that before. Bottom line is do not ever buy anything from this fly by night organization!

I should have checked out the complaint blogs. Had I done my homework I would not be in this situation.

    I have to agree totally with you telling everyone not to purchase from LAZ-BOY. I am going to take them to court for $4,000.00 worth of crappy furniture they sold me. I bought from them BECAUSE of their reputation. I have written to 5 of the top executative in the company and have not heard a word from any of them. I have posted on this web site and Fight Back-Feed Back forum. I am going to write to my attorney general and then I am going to place the recliner on a pull trailer and place it in the parking lot of my office and put a sign on it to contact me about Laz-Boy. All you have to do is float through the internet to find out what kind of company they are. I like you wish I had looked before I bought.
