This company worked on my mothers roof several years ago and did an excellent job. I called them to come out to my house to give me a quote. I was impressed by their work ethic, the way that they took their time in cleaning up. I was very impressed. I would be happy to select them again. I would give them a 5 star rating.

They worked very well with me on completing projects. We decided on a price and they worked with me as well. Hard working staff and very people oriented. I would recommend them for any construction work. They put in roofs on the house and garage. Gutters were installed with gutter covering. Materials came in on time with little exceptions. 8/12/2022

Full tear off and roof replacement, house and detached garage, approximately 2000 sq ft of coverage. Very reasonably priced compared to others estimates. Cardinal Exteriors did a great job of explaining all aspects of the materials used and job. I was placed on the schedule quickly. Prior to the scheduled start, I had expressed concerns about a pending weather system, and the company had his crew perform the work on a Sunday, just before the weather system came through the area. The entire job was completed in one day, and the crew did an excellent job of clean-up following the completion of work. Highly recommend!

He did not start or finish on time. Our gutters leaked after he was completed, we contacted him to inform him after 2 attempts to fix (it still leaks) he started making excuses on whey he stopped coming to fix. Ranging from medical to no employees and he did not know our address. Now he no longer answers or returns our calls, and it has been over a year since he attempted to replace our gutters. Avoid this Business at all costs he is not trustworthy and does not stand behind his work. All of this after he installed wrong color gutters on part of house, and he never even got to the wrapping of windows in vinyl wrap after taking it off 2 of our windows. He also left trash in our yard that we had to haul away.

Had a small job, flat roofs on three second-story dormers. Worked us in quickly, great crew, very fair price, excellent work. I would definitely hire them again.

Cardinal Exteriors gave us a very competitive quote and even included a few extra services we weren't expecting. The crew started the project on schedule and completed it within the agreed timeframe. They worked efficiently without causing any disruptions to the tenants and fulfilled their promise of cleaning up after the job was done. Cardinal Exteriors provided me with a quote to remove and replace the roof on my home in Muncie, IN. Mr. Ed Vest visited me to explain in great detail what materials and procedures would be used, together with the advantages for each. After he had finished I figured I was an absolute expert roofer myself! Joking aside, I was very confident in contracting with Cardinal. They sent a team of 8 roofers, then started and finished the job in less than 1 day. They completed the job and cleared up everything on the ground to the extent you would not know they had been present if it weren't for the new roof. Very happy to recommend them for your roof based upon my experience. Mike.

Cardinal Exteriors provided me with by far the least expensive quote to replace the roof on my house. That actually made me quite nervous. His crew showed up on time and had the old roof off very quickly. The problem was the truck delivering the material broke down on the way to my house and there was a storm system coming the next day. There was plywood decking that had to be replaced (I really needed the new roof). So I went and bought new decking material so as not to slow the guys down. The truck showed up about 6 hours late and the crew kept on going until it was too dark to work. They came back early the next morning and finished about 2 hours before the storm opened up the skies. I watched closely for leaks and didn't notice any. The roof looks great and so far is not leaking. Cardinal Exteriors also is getting me documents to give to my insurance company with the roof specs to get a break on the insurance rates. He also adjusted the final cost because I paid for the decking that kept his guys working. I would, and will, recommend Cardinal Exteriors.

Worst company ever! This was an insurance claim and you would think he has never dealt with insurance very pushy to get his first check and get started then when he got first check he took weeks to order material then he wouldn't give a start date then after repeated asking for a start date he finally gave us one. Not only was our roof being replaced but our bedroom ceiling was supposed to be painted. After telling him multiple times we moved everything out of the room and only had one day to complete the ceiling and he agreed, his crew showed up with no one to paint ceiling when he decided to show up we ask him about it and his response was well I don't know I couldn't get ahold of my painter but your roof looks good. Then we ask about nails since we have small children and a dog and his response oh no worries we have huge magnets to pick them up. His crew half way finished packed up and left leaving nails all over the porch, driveway and yard. We picked up over 100 nails and we also had to pick up there orange peels and trash from there lunch that was ate on the roof and thrown to the ground. He has since texted us almost daily asking for the other check which had to be sent to us from insurance. Text from him very impatient and even being rude sending ‘Hello' text. Roof looks like crap and he is the worst person to deal with very rude and demanding his sign be put back in our yard. Not to mention we had to paint our ceiling ourself and he got paid for the entire job. NEVER USE this company worst service and job I've ever seen.

i hired the comp. to put new roof and siding on my house in Oct 2019, they still are not done and will not finish the job every time i call me or text them i get all kinds of bull crap why he cant do the job

We had a roof installed in April by Cardinal Exteriors, LLC. We were very satisfied with the job at the time. The roof did come with a 10 year warranty. This year, in late April, we noticed a couple of shingles that appeared to be coming loose. We made phone contact with John (the owner) on three separate occasions (May 5, May 11, and May 20). On all three occasions, we were informed by John that "his guys" would come by. No one has ever been to our house to take care of this issue.
