My 91-year-old father did not realize that he signed a binding selling contract. When we got to Florida due to my brother's death, I saw that this came up on his email. And we immediately sent an email back that we are not selling the house for a loss. No money was spent by America's largest homebuyers. The title company hadn't even started yet. Well because they lowballed my father and
Due to his heart condition, we said. Please do not contact my dad anymore. They threatened him with letters of sueing and all kinds of stuff, which we responded back with the lawyer. Well, every day my dad would ask me. Did that company contact you? And I said, don't worry about it. Dad, well, my dad had a heart attack. And passed away, May 19th 2 days after my dad passed, we get served. He gets served that they're suing for that house, and then they tried to serve my mom. And now they served my sister because they loaded my dad so much that they know they will make a big profit on this house. We can't prove that my dad didn't know what he was signing. Even though he wasn't sure what he was signing, he didn't know he committed himself to a seller contract this company. They are sharks, they don't care who they hurt. We are in the process of probate court and from what we understand we can't really afford to spend my mom's money to fight them for this house. And have to take the loss. Please do not use this company. They are heartless, they are sharks. They don't care. We notified them multiple times within 9 days that we are not selling the house. This was a house that my dad had put a lean on his own house. So my disabled brother had a place to live. My disabled brother died in January with the stress of that being in the hospital for 30 days. And then having to call to sheriff, to get his roommate out and wondering if she would destroy the house, my dad just called these types of companies to see how they worked. And they trapped him into signing a seller contract. Please do not use this company if anybody knows any way to help us. This is totally unfair totally unfair

Claimed loss: 75,0000

Desired outcome: Would not like them to get our house as my mom needs the additional money for home health care.Since my father passed
