Product
Purchased a brand new Jeep and ordered floor mats. After I picked them up they did not turn out like I was expecting so I returned them. They explained that they have a NO RETURN policy on floormats even though they are perfect. They proceeded to explain that MOPAR has a NO RETURN policy on items. PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK! I am making a number of phone calls to verify this.
