Purchased a brand new Jeep and ordered floor mats. After I picked them up they did not turn out like I was expecting so I returned them. They explained that they have a NO RETURN policy on floormats even though they are perfect. They proceeded to explain that MOPAR has a NO RETURN policy on items.

I am making a number of phone calls to verify this.

Desired outcome: I would like to return the flood mats that I do not want and get a refund. According to Mopar, I could return them which is the opposite of the dealership management said.
