Krystal review: Food preparation/no refund given to me

I placed a order for two double cheese krystals, no middle bread when I received my order it was wrong, I had no cheese and onions added, I ordered no onions, the cashier told me she was in the freezer she didn't hear me order cheese, she asked me to put the cheese on my self she will pass it out the window, I was so affendened, the covid-19 is out, I told her that was unprofessional and unsanitary, she took my food back and refused to give me my money back, so police was called out and she told the police she was not going to give my money back.
