I last logged in to my computer-share investor account in March. Now they demand an authenticator 6 digit code to allow my id/password using some app called equate access or equate plus. I never heard of this and tried for 4 hours today trying to download and configure. No luck, no guidance, no help, no documentation.

Computer-share continues to live up to its one star service rating!

Recommendation: pull your investments and take them somewhere else.
