I bought the bacon cheddar shredded cheese on Tuesday the 17th. I used some then promptly sealed and put away. When I went to use it again today the 18th I noticed it was green. Most of the package is moldy! When I told my boyfriend he said he had not felt well today not sure how moldy it was yesterday but it is very moldy today! It does not expire until November 24th 2017. This makes me not want to buy your cheese.

We bought a pack of new marshmallows for a camping trip this week. When we opened them less than 24 hours later, the marshmellows had congealed to such a state that we had to use a knife to cut segments out of the bag. The marshmellows were so congealed that when we tried to use a spoon, the spoon broke! We ended up throwing the rest of the bag away because they were unslavageable. We were in a area where heat was not an issue, so we aren’t sure why this happened. Our group was severely disappointed in how this product held up.

Hello, I assumed that it was extremely important to approach you about your microwavable macaroni and cheese cups. I totally despise this product. Every time I pass this product at my local grocery store I give it a look of despair. Why you ask? This is because it includes powdered cheese. Is this a joke? How could real, nutritional cheese be turned into this putrid powder. I would never give this to my child, instead I give them velveeta with nutritional cheese sauce.

I purchase this product overtime I go grocery shopping (bi-weekly), like every other time I purchased 4 boxes. Of those 4 boxes 2 had all the noodles damaged in pieces. The box was undamaged however unable to eat due to all being in pieces. I have never had an issue with any of your products so I am sure you will take care of this so I can continue to purchase.

My fiancé and 4 year old daughter went to the local grocery store and of course she picked out her favorite Mac n cheese shapes as well as number shaped ones..my daughter arrived home and was SO excited to eat the number shaped Mac n cheese but when we opened the box, we did not have numbers at all in it. It was the original shaped. The disappointment on her face said it all and sad to say this isn’t the first time we have had this issue with Mac n cheese products. I’ve attached photos.

Not a complaint more of a question. When growing up when we bought carmels they had chocolate carmels mixed in with the plain ones. They were my favorite. They were not the Fudgies. Does Kraft not make them anymore? Also my daughter and I have not been able to find the Fudgies either. Thank you for any info on this matter. We go through a lot of reg. Kraft carmels at our house.

I heated the pot of mac and cheese as per the instructions on the package. When I took it out to stir there was a big green clump of mouldy and all the macaroni was stuck to it. It smelt absolute disgusting. When I checked the packaging it was still in date. I have picture proof. A mouldy issue seems to be a common problem and needs looked into ASAP. I require a full explanation

I had a cheese pizza lunchable yesterday and there was something wet and gray on the pizza crust. It looked like thick grease or something. I've added a picture. I bought the lunchable from a local Wal-Mart in Appleton. I've never had an issue with Kraft products in the past. I was unable to eat the lunchable though because of the way it looked. The substance was on the pizza sauce package as well.

The product I purchased was not sealed properly in the paper container within the box. I didn't notice it was "leaking" until I got it home, and I had scattered on the counter. The UPC code on the box is [protected] 9. The best by date is 11 AUG 2019 and the numbers following this part of the label are: 16 13 0808

I hope this will be helpful with your manufacturing process. I have tossed the inside paper container, but have saved the box. Let me know if you have further questions.

I'm a little upset that I can't find the fat free american cheese slices.. Everyone is very upset that its gone... I hope its not discontinued, cause that would not be ok! People can't always eat non fat cheese due to health concerns so u discontinue stuff without taking inconsideration of the consumers point of view in all this... While now consumers are mad and left without a item that they need or really benefit from... So I need to know if that item will be returning.. Fat free kraft american single slice cheese!

The only Mio that tastes reasonably good is the sweet tea. I have tried several others and they all leave a bad taste in your mouth. Kind of an aftertaste but you can taste it as you drink it as well. Please improve this product. Yuck! Specifically, they don't taste like they say they are going to taste, or at the very least, your taste tester can't tell a lemon from an old shoe. Go by the old adage KISS - Keep it simple stupid. Example Your Fruit Punch tastes really nasty. I don't know how you can screw up the taste that bad. Your Berry Pomegranate on the other hand tastes bad as well but at least your not specifying what kind of berry you are using though I have some idea what kind you ARE using. Please don't make me do a Youtube video on how nasty this stuff is. You did great on the sweet tea, hire that person back and let the person you got in there now, scrub floors or something because his taste buds are shot. Thank you.

I was making lunch for my kids and I was going to feed them kraft macaroni & cheese as a side dish. During the cooking process I noticed a little brown something floating with the noodles. I took it out of the pot and it was a bug! Four more bugs started to come up. There was also a larva! I bought this product at sam's club and I would like a refund.

I was just cooking dinner and already had boiling water, when I opened the box, there was mold on the inside. The cheese was not opened or anything but the noodles were clumped together in the corner and smelt like mold. This was absolutely disgusting, I would have never expected something like this to happen and the box wasn't to expire for another 2 months. I hope I never have this issue again. Beyond discustjng!

I'm simply trying to get locally frequented stores to carry ore-ida onion ringers! My family likes them very much; unfortunately, I think it was last winter when I first purchased them from the acme in runnemede, nj. I thought i'd found a "go-to" side for many meals... They so well received! But the great "find" seems to have vanished from local markets and i'd like to know why! Many stores carry alexia (?) or "their signature brands" but they can't hold a candle to ore-ida in my opinion. I've tried many other brands, even the fast food chain's versions... To no avail. Please have acme or shop-rite stores start stocking this product once again. I read somewhere that its scarcity was due to its "newness". Well, we were introduced to the onion ringers... And hope they return to the marketplace very soon! They're delicious!

I recently bought 2 boxes of ritz crackers and they were like eating stale crackers. They were very light in color and not golden brown as they had been for the last 40 years I have eaten them. They had no crunch to them. Have you changed your product formulation? I hope it was just a bad batch as I have eaten these for many years and would love to continue to do so.

I purchased two 4packs of the individual mac and cheese cups from shoprite yesterday & one of the cups was missing a cheese packet! very upset considering i purchase these at least twice a week for my children. they absolutely love eating these and theyre super easy for after school lunch and even dinner. it makes me iffy on if it will happen again

We love your products. Just can't seem to find very many coupons for items.

I had bought a four pack of the Jell-o chocolate pudding cups a few days ago and one of them had mold growing on the inside of the lid. The expiration date for the product isn't until December so I was rather disappointed to find out that one of the cups had gone bad already. I was hoping to recieve some form of compensation for the moldy product such as a payment reimbursement or maybe a coupon.

Bought( 2) 9.4oz boxes of this at $3.99 a box one stamped 30 may 2017 S25 15:41 can't make out the number on the second box.

We poured both boxes into boiling water and found a tiny amount of noodles. Literally each box had less than a soup ladle full of noodles in it. 2 boxes usually feeds all 4 of my kids but there was barely enough in both boxes to feed one child. For what I spent on them I feel ripped off I had to add a box of my own pasta just feed them. This is not right.

I don't have a complaint, it's quite the opposite. I just wanted to say, your products are amazing. I am currently a stay-at-home mom and we are living on 1 income. Please help me out and send me some coupons so that I don't have to wait for things to go on sale! Any help... Or coupons for free items to try, would help immensely. We do not own a printer, or I would have just printed some. Thanks in advance!
