I have tried on numerous occasions to get into my account. An error message always appears - "Your email and/or password don't match our records. Retry or reset your password. Your account may be temporarily locked after too many login attempts." Scheduled a Service call and we tried together over phone and different browsers and clearing all caches and still was not able to change Password or login, the service rep suggested I go to a store and ask them to help! Once we hung-up I tried again several times and was able to get in and change my password and download my bill. However, when I try to log in again a few minutes later... Same error message! I strongly believe that this issue is on their side as a few people have had the same issue, KOODO needs to get their act together!
Recommendation: Think twice before going to Koodo, Prices are good but are you ok with not being able t get into your account?

Still can not log in to account in order to check bill for over 2 months now (I did request password changes numerous times from home). After being forced to chat with their online "ChatBot" and setting up a call back, they never called back!
So I went to Telus/Koodo store and asked for help, there I dealt with a customer service rep that called their Koodo help centre to try to figure out what was the issue because he couldn't figure it out himself. After spending over one hour on the phone with the Koodo service rep and the in- person Telus service rep, splitting his time between me and other customers walking in and changing passwords numerous times (again at the reps requests) and log-in credentials, nothing was resolved. Now a service ticket has been issued apparently by the Koodo Service representative and I was told to wait again for another 5 business days for a service reply.
Meanwhile I keep getting the same error messages that "Your email and/or password don't match our records. Retry or reset your password. Your account mav be temporarilv locked after too
many login attempts.:" or that "this service is down, try again later" I find that Koodo (Telus) has an extremely poor customer service and that they are only there to collect their monthly payments, that's it!
Maybe time to move to another cell provider and perhaps also discontinue our Telus home account and family cell service?
