It is very frustrating dealing with KOGAN customer care, I have multiple issues & no one is there to assist, the chat is always long wait & the always AI & not real person, transferring to a talk person never happens as it keeps transferring, I waiting for 20 minutes with patience to see the outcome, But there is no use.
Kogan is a big scam, I am happy to let all customers know not to buy anything from KOGAN, they entice you to become a KOGAN first member, which I became & them no one is there to assist.
I would rather deal with Amazon for their exceptional customer care & after sales service.
