I had a problem with Klaus Roofing Systems of WNY and complained to ComplaintsBoard.com. The owner contacted me and promised to finish the project, but it's been three months and I still can't use my kitchen or bathroom. They got paid in full, but their subcontractor claimed to have finished when I wasn't home. When I got home, I found out that the work wasn't done. They're still stalling and not resolving the issue. I have text messages between me, the owner, project manager, and subcontractor that show their commitment and failure to deliver. I might have to go to arbitration.

As a competitor, I cringe when I hear their ads. Do they really want people to believe that a 3 year old company, using subcontractors, is going be able to honor a 50 year warranty? Seriously, it is so wrong!
We are a 4th generation roofing contractor that can prove we have honored our warranty many times over our 100+ years. We warranty our roofs for 20 years, using our experience and expertise, own trained employees, and quality materials. Many of our roofs last longer than the warranty, but we don't have the gumption to promote a ridiculous 50 year warranty. I feel bad for anyone who is gullible enough to believe such.
