They was on time and acted like pros. The talkin' on the phone was good. They had lotsa good stuff to choose from. Payin' was easy. They charged 25% less than the other guys.

I just got my roof replaced by A&M Home Services and I gotta say, they did a great job. The whole process was smooth sailing, unlike my experience with another local contractor. The sales guy, Gavin T, was super chill and explained all the different options for my project. He even showed me a video of the issues they found. I asked him a bunch of questions and he answered them all without any fuss. The roofing crew and their boss, Mike M, were also really cool and professional. They finished the job on time and left my yard looking spotless, even though they were short-handed that day. Big thanks to everyone at A&M Home Services who helped me out!

Me and my wife signed up with A&M Home Services on April 8th to get our roof replaced. They finally got around to it in August . But when the crew came to replace the roof, they messed up our grass by driving their big trucks on it and also messed up our outside furniture. And then, when it rained for the first time after the roof was replaced, it leaked in multiple places - over the fireplace, in the kitchen and dining room, and on our new black walnut floors. We called A&M Home Services and they sent some workers over to fix it, but even after they fixed it, the roof still leaks. We tried to get in touch with them again, but they missed appointments and lied to us.

I gave $14,150 to *** for a new roof, two gutters, a downspout, and gutter guards for the new gutters. They did the roof on 9/1/22. While replacing the roof, they took down and messed up the gutter guards that I had around my whole house before. When they put the gutters on (9/6/22), they didn't put any gutter guards on. I told them they needed to put the guards on, and they put guards on over the new gutters (9/7/22). But they didn't put guards on the rest of the house, not new guards, nor the old guards that are now messed up. I emailed and left a voice message for *** twice about why I should have to pay for new gutter guards when *** took down and ruined the old guards, but I haven't heard back.

We hired A & M Home Services to replace our flat roof for $22,270.00 in August. After they finished, we noticed water leaking inside the building. We've had ongoing problems with leaks, and when we contacted the coating company and sent pictures, they told us it was a workmanship issue. The roof cannot be fixed and needs to be replaced because it holds water and leaks due to clumps and lumps of product that are stopping drainage. We were told that A & M Home Services will not be sold to anymore because they have done this to other customers. We've had other flat roof contractors look at the roof, and they all say the same thing. A & M has caused the water from draining from the roof. There are lumps causing ponding, destroying the coating, and there are ridges and peeling. The owner does not call us back, and we want our money back.
