Satisfied with the recently scheduled roof repair service by Code Red Roofers. *** was quick to respond and was available to respond during off hours. They forgot to take the requested repair pictures, but *** remedied this and sent the contractors the next morning to take the requested photos.

Replaced a damaged barrel tile roof with their best metal roof, we are very satisfied with the work, they were within the the frame to do the job, took pictures of all the damage, very professional and the roof turned out perfect, they cleaned up after themselves every day, I am totally satisfied with our new roof by Code Red roofers I will highly recommend them to anyone who needs a re-roof..

They do not know what they are doing. *** is just a salesman and he tried to finish the roof but he has no ideal how to do a ridge vent. His crew put a temporary roof where a ridge vent is to go because he did not order enough ridge vent or shingles. He had to go shopping and find the right supplies which took a week and a half. He came and put the ridge vent over the temporary shingles without clearing the vent opening. He can not figure out why I am telling him it is not correct. He does not know how to roof. He put the wrong stove pipe cover on. They will just mess your roof up. Call a real roofing company.

From the start, our experience with Code Red has been exceptional! Efficient, and deliberate, they explained options and solutions! ***, our 2nd contact, was amazing to work with. Next the crew leader, ***, organized our work and all the follow up. It has been a pleasure! The team who did the repairs, *** and *** were on time, respectful and kind! They worked hard and did a beautiful job! You cannot even detect the repair area!*** is doing a follow up next week because *** detected some problems with the fascia, and they are going to make sure we have no additional leaks.It is not often that we are so surprised by an exceptional experience! Code Red Roofers is the worst roofers you can contract.
The sales person very nice *** but is far what the company is all about. They gave me a $17.000 price for the roof. after they tear down my old roof they said that I had two layers of shingles ($1.450 extra) and they had to replaced 11 plywood sheathing, fascia ($275), sub fascia($525). When I ask for proof they showed me some pictures of 1 or 2 bad pieces of wood but that is about all. they bill me $2.600 more than the agreed price without proof.
Very sloppy work, I had to call them 3 times to come back and fix the metals that were bended. The on site supervisor (***) was never on site,
He came to the house after I put a complaint and saw all the things that were wrong. SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

The entire process from estimates to roof completion was professionally done. The schedule predicted was accurate.The crew worked long days, at times 10 hours (8am to 6pm). Rarely taking breaks except for a 30 minute lunch. The crew covered *** during the rip out of the old roof and then did a complete debre cleanup, prior to beginning the replacement phase. Our yard was policed for nails and scraps pror to stopping work each day. The final product looks beautiful. The site manager (***) was responsive and professional in all aspects. One of the most dedicated site managers I have ever delt with. The initail estimate was honored with no suprises, Some of my Facia boards needed replacement, and the bill for this additional work was extremenly fair. I would recommend this company and crew to anyone needing a quality roof replacement.

This is the worst Roofing company that i have ever dealt with. They don't keep their word, nor do they even care about the customers property. When they tore off the gutters they left them hanging in the trees. When they finally removed the gutters, it was to cut them up and sell them for scrap aluminum. Before they hauled it away that day they cut up some of the gutters to make flashing for the house. They had a new roll of flashing which they did not open. The reason i called them was that i was not going to put money in a roof that was old to start with and i had a leak when it rained. So the project manager came out ,gave me what it would cost for a new roof,flashing new vents etc. and my wife and i agreed. He said that he would be on the job daily to supervise. Well he has not been here since we signed the contract nor does he answer my phone calls. Twice now i have called him that my ceiling is leaking and they did not fix it. He keeps putting me off. I gave them 5K dollars deposit and told him he was not going to get another cent till the job is done. Now he project manager thinks that he has the upper hand.I told him that i needed a sample of the shingle as it has to be approved buy the home Owners Association and he didn't comply with that till after the fact. June 11 to Aug5 2021 still no shingles. I have a lot more to say but no room.

I began my search for a roofer out of a need for immediate results as my homeowners insurance company was liquidated with minimal notice. I had been watching my neighbors get their roofs done over the last 6 months and one company out of several stood out as quick and efficient Code Red Roofers (CRR). I grabbed a card from *** in sales when out on my morning run and had the need to call him much sooner than I thought! After an easy to obtain estimate from ***, I looked at no less than five other roofing companies and opted to focus on metal roofing. I thought I could get this done much cheaper, but CRR even price-matched my lowest bidder. I went with Code Red and do not regret my decision. Here is why: They communicated with me on my terms (calls, text, email whatever has been easiest for me), they communicated often and helped me navigate a quite stressful situation. *** was not the guy that put the roof on my house, but he was there every step of the way. The guys who did the work were thoughtful, considerate, professional, and polite. *** handled every blip (was there even anything I could call a blip?) and really put forth the effort to ensure getting a new roof was easy and fast the quality of the work is superb, and my house looks awesome! If you dont have the time to do the research yourself, trust someone who did a lot of the legwork I could not be happier. I highly recommend Code Red Roofersand if you are lucky enough to get to work with *** (you read it right, a sales guy that didnt walk away once the sale was done), thats a bonus!

I have been trying to get in touch with them ever since, but they have not responded to any of my calls or messages. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication from Code Red Roofers. I would not recommend them to anyone in need of roofing services.

I had a bad experience with Code Red Roofers, Inc. (https://www.coderedroofers.com/) on Friday 9/9/2022. They were installing new shingles during a reroof and cut through the underlayment in several places. They left early to go drinking without repairing or covering the cuts. The next day, heavy rain hit the area and we called their emergency line, salesman, general manager, and main line with no answer or return calls. Water damage occurred in my home, including water dripping through the ceiling onto the floor, wet drywall, and insulation from the roof peak down to the front and 2 side interior walls. We called a dry out company to mitigate damages and when we finally heard back from Code Red, they were unhelpful. They sent a crew to patch the cuts, but the repairs are not acceptable or indicative of a new roof. No employee has come out to assess interior damages or offer a solution. We allowed them to finish the roof to prevent further damage from water. We are now looking at an additional $15k in repairs on top of the roof cost. We are stuck with a repaired new roof and thousands in repairs.
