I ordered 5 items on 11/23/25. Items were not shipped as of 12/7. I contacted support (via email as the phone number never "has a live agent available") and was told there was a payment issue and someone would reach out. No one did even when I emailed again. Due to my emailing items were reordered by company on 12/9. Still not shipped as of 12/18 and they will not respond do my emails. I have emailed daily since 12/14 to multiple email addresses and people. My credit card has been charged, and I had to now dispute the charges with my credit card company. At least 5 emails to customer service have been unanswered as of today and my items are still marked as "ordered" since 12/9. I needed some of these items for a 12/11 birthday and now Christmas, which clearly is not happening.
