I'm disabled, and Briogeo doesn't seem to understand that. I placed an order for multiple items, but they haven't been helpful at all. Only one item was delivered, and it was damaged and leaking. They refuse to ***. I've called them nine times and left messages, but they haven't responded as of 12/3 at 3:22 pm Eastern time.

This company says you can return stuff within 30 days by emailing customer service. I've emailed them like 6 times but they haven't sent me a return shipping label. Nobody answers my emails, so now I gotta wait the whole 30 days and can't send the thing back.

I got this product and it made my hair super dry, like straw. They said if you're not happy, you can return it within 30 days. So, I emailed customer service like they told me to, but they took forever to respond and still haven't sent me a return label to send the product back.

I'm tryin' to get my money back 'cause I had a bad reaction to Briogeo products. I did everythin' they said on their website for returns and I'm still in the right time frame. Then someone from the company asked me to send 'em a picture of the products, even though they didn't say I had to. I did it real quick, within an hour of gettin' the request. But now, I ain't heard nothin' back from 'em. They ain't respondin' to my emails and they ain't stickin' to their return policy.

I made an order like 17 days ago, but it still hasn't been shipped. They're saying it's because of the weather, but I don't buy it. I asked for my money back 'cause I don't need the stuff anymore. I had to get it from somewhere else 'cause this company took forever. But they won't give me a refund or cancel my order. They promised it would ship on 2/*, but that didn't happen. And now they're not even responding to my refund requests. I get that the weather messed things up, but not giving me my money back is just not cool.

On 05/03/22, I made an order on Briogeo's website and paid $101.36. I also made a second order for $35.43. I tried to return both orders separately using the return portal on their website. It's been a whole week now, and I still haven't received any response or approval for the return, even though Briogeo said they would respond within *** hours. I've sent them several emails from different addresses to avoid getting marked as spam. I even tried reaching out to Briogeo on their social media pages, but I haven't had any luck in getting this issue resolved. It's really frustrating because all I want is a refund for the products I bought since they didn't work for me. It's just not right for a big and famous company like Briogeo to behave this way.

I bought two hair care kits and a mask from Briogeo. But the stuff made my scalp all itchy and I wanna give 'em back 'cause they're pricey and messin' with my head. Briogeo ain't helpin' me out though. They don't even have a phone number to call and when I email 'em, they hardly reply. I just lost my job and these products cost a pretty penny. I wanna return 'em, but it's like they don't wanna make it easy. On their website, it says they'll gladly take back the stuff, just gotta email 'em for a prepaid shipping label. But they ain't gettin' back to me, even after I've asked multiple times. And now we're gettin' close to a month, which is when they claim they won't accept returns no more.

I ordered something from Briogeo Hair, but I haven't received it yet. I emailed them to ask about my order, and they told me to wait. After waiting for a while, I asked again, and they sent me a link to file a claim for a lost package with the post office. I called the post office, and they said that the shipper should be the one to file the claim, not me, since I didn't ship it and don't have a receipt or anything. So, I emailed Briogeo Hair again, and they said they won't ship my order or give me a refund unless I file the claim. I'm not sure if they will ship it to me or not. I have all the emails as proof. I'm also thinking of contacting the New York Attorney General because they're not sending the products to customers and making the customers file claims for things they didn't receive.

I ordered from Briogeo's website a week ago. But, guess what? The order still hasn't shipped! So, I reached out to the company to cancel or change the delivery. They told me that the order magically shipped overnight after I contacted them, even though I didn't get any shipping notification. They said I gotta contact *** to change the address. So, I called *** right away after getting their email. But, guess what again? *** hasn't received the package yet! And they won't let me change the address or refuse delivery. I'm stuck, man. When the package arrives, I won't even be home because I'll be getting treatment for a brain tumor in ***, which is like 11 hours away from me. I tried my best to cancel this order, but the company won't help me out. They say the package has shipped, but *** says they haven't received it. Now, the package will just sit outside my door for 6 weeks, waiting to be stolen. I just want a full refund for these items that I won't even get to use.

I bought stuff from Briogeo for $124.75. After I ordered on 1//21, I realized I got the wrong stuff and asked them to cancel. But they emailed me and said they can't cancel, so I can send it back for a refund minus the $6.95 shipping, which is $117.80. I sent them a pic of the unopened package and asked for a return label on 1//21. I got the return label on 1//21. I sent the package back to Briogeo on 1//21 with the *** tracking number ***. They got it on 2/*/21 and Mike signed for it. Their website says it takes 1-3 biz days to process a refund after getting the return. I emailed them on 2//21 asking about my refund, but no reply. I followed up on 2/, 2/, and today 2/. I also told them I'll complain to the ComplaintsBoard.com. I know there could be delays cuz of covid or weather, but it's sad they didn't even respond to my simple question about the delay or if it's being processed. I just want my refund. Thanks.
