WOW I really like there services. I am looking for this kind of services for so many days and I found it here. Now we are passing very hard time due to Covid-19 issue. I really likes your thought in this pandemic time and thank you for solving my problem. I will defiantly keep in touch.

Ordered over 2 weeks ago. I never received my order that was scheduled to arrive on Dec 4. Have tried to contact customer service several times and no one will get back to me. When you don't list a phone number to actually speak with a person that is the first red flag. I have asked for a refund, an update but I have gotten nothing.

I've investigated your package and it does look like there were some issues with the order arriving to you in the expected estimated delivery time-frame. Our estimated delivery date is based on data from thousands of past deliveries; however, there can be some slight variations and delays due to the postal system.
We rely on third-party companies, like USPS, to deliver our packages within the time frame quoted. This USPS shipping method does not guarantee daily tracking updates or confirmed delivery date. Typically the transit time is about 5-7 business days.
I will be reaching out to you via email on December 17th to check on the status of your order! If it still has not shown any movement in 10 days, we would be happy to move forward with a refund or replacement for your order.

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order late in May. In June, I emailed the company. I also spoke with them on social media. At first they said it was "on the way", but the tracking number showed they just printed a label and never mailed it. When I complained again they promised me a free three pack. I never got the first or second order. Upon emailing again the canceled the second order and they first was still on it's way. Then they said here was a shipping error. The new tracking number stopped moving halfway through. UPS was supposed to be bring my package yet halfway it changed to the USPS. The tracking number said it would be here Wednesday but there has been no movement. It is stuck in a totally different county somewhere in California. When I inquired again on social media I was blocked. Do NOT do business with this company.
