This company is so bad, I can't even believe it. Keith, the guy I've been talking to, gave me a plan three times and never did anything about it. I paid a lot of money upfront and now my shower is completely destroyed and no one else is coming to help. This was all on January 11th.

I hired Kitchen & Bath Studios of Ocala, LLC to redo my master bathroom on June 28, 2022. They were supposed to start the work in January 2023. The job is a big one, including tearing out the tub, doing electrical work, enlarging the shower, installing a new toilet, removing the popcorn ceiling, and replacing everything with new shower, flooring, tile work, and vanity. We gave them a down payment of $24,000.00, but we haven't been able to get in touch with them. We've called several times, but no one answers. When we went to the showroom, it was locked. We've used them before on two other projects and they were good, so this is surprising. We want some answers and our deposit back if possible.

I contacted Kitchen & Bath Studios of Ocala, LLC on August 2nd, 2022, and agreed to their bid for kitchen counter work with a 50% deposit. They said the installation would happen on September 13th. During the contract talks, Keith checked if the product was in stock and said it was. But for the past month, we got several messages saying that the product was still not with the fabricator. We tried to contact them many times in the last three weeks, but no one answered. On Monday, October 24th, we went to their office twice during business hours, but the door was locked, and no one was there. We paid a deposit of $7,235.00 and want it back. We tried to contact them at least six times in the past three weeks, but no luck.

I signed a contract with Kitchen & Bath Studios on July 27 for Project DBC2021-0095. The sales person, Daniel C, helped me with the renovation of my guest bathroom. The plan was to remove the tub and enclosure and install new custom cultured marble shower walls and glass tile, half wall, frameless glass shower door, and shower faucets. The contract price was $15,540.00, and I made a down payment of $10,000.00. Unfortunately, the work has not been completed yet.

The marble contractors did a very poor quality job, and I have been promised repairs for the last three weeks. However, no contractors have shown up as promised. Every day, I wait and hope that someone will show up. K & B doesn't call me with the status of the contractors I am waiting on. I know they are replacing the marble contractors, but the least they can do is call me every week and notify me with a date when my work will be completed. Instead, they make empty promises that someone will be here, and then they are a no-show with no phone call follow-up.
