KingSize Direct review: Poor customer service and support

Ordered 7 items they were bigger than expected return them for an exchange and that is when I really got screwed they never sent anything back after I sent the form for exchanges and waited for them to say the items where on there way contacted them after waiting 2 weeks and they told me they refunded me the money when that wasn’t what I wanted then told me I owed them $25 for the shipping I never received anything back so I ask so you want me to pay shipping for something I returned for exchange and your employees decided to credit me back my money instead of sending the correct size then your company never notified me of any of these actions had I not call to check I wouldn’t have known anything then when I contacted king size customer service I got past around like a basketball yielding no results and having to pay $25 so that it wouldn’t ruin my credit I will never recommend them to anyone and definitely wouldn’t give them a good review I left a message for there corporate office and still haven’t received a response poor customer service for sure I would definitely give them 1 star rating and the truth is I wish I could give them a 0 Thanks for nothing
