Bonobos missing items

The point is that I ordered my items at the beginning of December, paid for an expedited delivery and was promised that the items would arrive within one week (or 3-5 business day). I was so excited when I received the package. However, two of them were missing. I notified them of it and they said that those items were out of stock at the moment of placing the order, so probably they would be available only in January or February and once they are in stock, the items will be immediately shipped. No, thank you. I canceled the order and requested a refund. Been waiting for my money for 2 weeks...
