I had been playing on for years for free. Every visit I was encouraged to "transform" my free account into a cash account by giving them money. I don't know why but I recently did just that. I gave them some money and in return got some addition cash for joining. Shortly thereafter I started seeing notes when playing games that I wasn't allowed to play multi-player games because they were "investigating" me. So I sent them an e-mail and got a number of BS standard e-mails in return. Then they TOOK money from my account. I sent a furious e-mail. They in turn gave me back my original deposit and closed my account. The funds they had given me as an "incentive" were taken, as were my winnings. is a scam.

    I too was just scammed out of about $200.00 the other day from The accused me of having multiple accounts, and I most definately DO NOT, HAVE NOT, WILL NOT EVER have duplicate accounts at any skill gaming site, as I know better... They accused me anyway, ignored all my emails, told me that they were not obliged to tell me how they came to the conclusion that I had a duplicate account, and could not tell me even what my duplicate account that I was being accused of having was named or anything so that I could investigate myself. I am in the process of finding as many people as possible who have had this happen to them. Please email me at [email protected] if this situation sounds familiar to you and we can converse. I am currently searching for as many people as possible so whenever I go to an attorney, I will have a reasonable amount of complaints.

    @ihatekingdotcom Hi I have not lost money but am in a very strange situation. Towards the end of August, my 12 year old login details were not recognised. I could not access the link to reset them. I contacted Royal games who said they could not email me a link as I had placed and anonimizer on the email. I hadn't!" and I made sure there was not one. After getting no where with lots of messages, they eventually told me that they had made some adjustments to my profile and suggested that I try again. I did so and was pleased to get back in after nearly 2 weeks. However I then realised that when I was locked out, there were about £8 in my account. When i got back in there were nearly £70! GAmes had been played and won which I never play, and games that I do sometimes play had been won with much higher scores than I could ever achieve. I did not play any cash games and saw the balance go up a little more, and then it seemed to stabilise. I explained this to Royal games, and at first they did not really take any notice and did not seem to understand what I was saying. They then blocked the account until i send them photo ID. I am reluctant to do this online without knowing about security and how this will help them. They say they need to know who I am. They say they will not answer any of my questions until they have "gotten what they want" !!!

    @ihatekingdotcom I have the same problem. I became a member of King in 2010 and played over 80000x in Bubble Saga, whenever i can, it's a relief in a busy day. Mostly for money. I lived in Belgium-Europe back then and met a lady that was also playing on King but living in Milwaukee US, we got playing and talking and as the years past we became closer and eventually even got married. I then moved in 2015 to Wisconsin. In early 2016 i requested to change my account to US standard and i got blocked as my wife had an account too i was accused that i was using 2 accounts after several 1000euros i already had spent during the last 6 years. After 2 weeks of numerous emails and sending my ID it went open again and as i live in the US my city is still Antwerp??! Then a couple of months later my wife asked to use my credit card to gain some money and you can imagine i promptly got blocked again as it is impossible that my wife and myself can have an account and it's impossible to have 2 separate credit cards in their understanding. Now it took longer to get my account back and i really got angry. Eventually they opened my account but now it was restricted i was not able to play 70% of the money games. They now said as i had a VPN what is not aloud and i had created 2 account what i didn't as it was my wife's. Well i never use my VPN on king unless i'm at work and i forget to turn it off but mostly i can not even log in with the VPN open. I had numerous emails with them but for now almost 2.5 years my account is restricted, i'm 54 years old and i'm treated like a 5 year old and a criminal. I only play money games for gaining rating as everything else is blocked 90% of Bubble Saga, 5% Mahjong and 5% Pet Rescue. Today i won again in Bubble Saga as i did several times the last couple of months, the money came in my account and instead of gaining more points in my rating the took 139 points off. I send a mail again what they are doing there but as we are criminals we just have to accept it. I asked them again to open my account but they wont, I still can not change my account as it is resticted but my money they still take and still a criminal as i according to them use 2 accounts my wife's and mine. If there is way to take them out of business i will sign for that! The only interested in stealing our money and accusing us to be a criminal! My pseudo on King is Lethalronin.     Absolutely spot on with this one, I have had the same thing happen to me, and so has my mother (in total over £200 has been withheld) and they will not give me details of who to complain further to. They won't tell me what my 'other' account is or what has led them to believe i have other accounts, and i know of a few other people that this has happened to. I fully intend on taking them to court over this and know they will lose the case, i personally don't think they will change their ways until they are taken to court.

    This company has severe issues with its process. I played approximately 5 games of Freecell and won 4 out of 5. I checked my statement overview and there was no record of these games being played. I emailed them and got back...' We require a game number to investigate.' Well, hello???? They aren't appearing in the summary so how do I get a game number? I burn.

    I get a notice to play a 3/4 position in Freecell. I click on Play and I hear the music, but just a black screen. I send an email to support. I supply the game number and they tell me... ' It was already played. I burn.

    I have been a member since 2006. This is not the first time it's happened. I won't be referring them to anyone. It's a shame as it's a nice place to play except they are ignorant to their players.

    DON'T GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!!! The games are fun so i put some real money in. I got up to like $100.00. But when you try to cash out they come up with all kinds of excuses to keep your money and I've read countless stories of other people having the same problem.

They don't want to pay me the winnings, they said I have multiple accounts, so they donated all my winnings to Freeroll Tournaments. But actually I only have one account at, why I have to open multiple accounts? I was transferring the winnings to Paypal and waiting for 16 days. I contact them to ask why I do not receive the money, they said I have multiple accounts, so they have to close my account and donate all my winnings. What a terrible cheating website! I just want to warning everybody about before you register for playing games. They steal my money and my time!

    I am playing candy crush and someone elses game was on my phone. I was on level 182 and its on 102. I gave spent money and time on this and no one will help me. All I get is automated responses which don't help at all. There has to be some way to at least put me on the last level I paid for.

    I am playing farm heroes saga and when I buy extra lives the site keep crashing on me, normally on the last move, when I tried to complain, I was told if I went through with the complaint I could be blocked from the site, so I didn't because I am totally addicted.

    I was trying to log into my account online, I have been a member for many years and as I was logging into my puppylulver3 account it kept telling me incorrect password and then locked me out so I opened another new account with [email protected] and accepted an offer you gave to play with cash. I was playing for about a day and very lucky at winning games and then you locked me out of this account I assumed because I was winning and asked for a withdrawal at which point I followed your procedures in emailing since yesterday at 4:45 am and after many emails received no responses until you. So I went back to my puppylulver3 account and the password worked at which point I deposited $10 more dollars and you now locked that account ... so what seems to be the issue? What have I done wrong except win?? Not very professional on your part considering ALL the years I've played and lost money there was no lock out then but when a person wins you shut them down???? I AM WONDERING WHAT THE HOLD UP IS ON A RESOLUTION???? I AM FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU TODAY AS I'VE HAD NO ANSWER FROM YOUR SITE AT ALL!     Why is it when I pay for 5 additional moves and complete the game in 1 or 2 moves, I loose the rest of my moves that I paid for. We should be able to save any unused moves.

    because you pay for +5 moves. You can't carry unused moves over when you don't buy them so why would you think you can carry them over otherwise? That doesn't make sense.

    I was using hammers to finish the last of 5 steps to be bubblegum king and the app crashed. I spent 4 hammers and got nothing, plus lost all the bonus I would have gotten asking. Please make this right with me.

    Level 1138 - I paid £5 to finish this level and was about to hit the last jelly when Candu Crush crashed. I have now wasted this £5 and as I cannot get back onto Candy Crush I am assuming I will still be on level 1138 so I will have to start all over again £5 worse off. Do I get a refund?

    Level 96.. You get 15 moves to play that level but candy crush stops you when ypou still have 5 moves left and stops the game!!

    I was on level 880 and Candy Crush Saga took me back to 820. What the heck is going on here? Yes, I've spent money on this game. I want my levels back right now or credit me my money. I won't play your games anymore and encourage my friends not to lay either. I have many friends that will here about this including the BBB. I expect a reply immediately.

    You have cheated me out of hundreds of dollars. Most recently I paid $29.00 on the "Marvelous Mix" and all I got was the 250 gold bars but none of the 27 lollipops. I'm putting a stop on that credit card transaction & filing a complaint with the BBB. I HAVE SENT SEVERAL EMAILS AND HAVEN'T RECEIVED ONE RESPONSE BACK. At least 30-40 times after buying extra moves to win a game, as soon as I use the moves & win the game, the screen goes black and I have to play that game again. Your company are cheating so many people out of their money but I'm going to do everything in my power to get this out in the public eye and get it stopped. I've also called a local TV station & got a response for an interview & then they will investigate & expose the problem.

    I have been playing Candy Crush for over a year now and I buy extra Lives so I believe I have a right to complain . For the last 10 levels in the 600"s where the frog says a word and I am a Christian he uses a word which I am totally appalled by. I had it verified by someone else too the Frog says C !!! I am so disgusted with this. I am going to stop this game my husband will be happy because I spend money to play. If this word is not omitted. How can a corporation like yours allow it where children play this game . It is disgusting !!! I thought I was hearing things so I had others listen but to no avail they heard the same. I love Candy Crush but after this I am afraid this is it until this is fixed... Apparently you don't care or your unaware of this happening. I would like an response to my complaint. I f I get no response then I no you really do not care how you are perceived or your reputation . Have a nice day.

    I am/was on level 920 of candy crush saga. I had several boosters, color bombs, fish, doughnuts, etc. and they ALL disappeared and I was started over at level 1. This is the second time this has happened. First time was on my phone, this time my Kindle. First time I complained but heard nothing from you. I want my boosters back and if I don't get them, I am done!!

    I have no respect for King what so ever when I called them they told me to just play the Game and ignore the language and then they denied it., I said I really listen to this I played it for them and then they hung up. Also the customer service department sent me a email telling to write on this line that didnt exist they have issues, I am just so sick of their greed and and dont care about what is in there in games. . They also blamed me for the content of the vulgar words. I have had with King and their games. So so long Candy Crush...

    They will never reimburse anyone for money overcharged! I had to delete the only game I ever played off of all my devices. You all need to spread the word about them on FB and other social media places.

    I accumulated $400 in winnings and made a withdrawal, which triggered the blocking of my account and an automated message to send them photo ID to process my withdrawal. The blocking of my account meant that I could log in, but I could no longer play cash or free games.

    I sent them my photo ID, blacking out personal info, and then told them it makes no sense to block people from games for a withdrawal, since the withdrawal of money has nothing to do with access to the games. I received no response from them, and my account was completely banned so that I could no longer log in.

    Absolute scam.

    When you play cash games and cash tournaments, you will notice superhuman scores that are mathematically impossible to achieve. King/RoyalGames will not enforce any cheating rule to stop these people. So time after time, you see the exact same top 10 people winning the daily tournaments.

    This means that normal players will waste their money to play these games, because it is not possible to win.
    Normal players cannot win money off these games.

    But the cheaters also cannot withdraw their money. King / RoyalGames will only being a fraud/multiple account/cheating investigation if the player tries to withdraw money. I suspect most cheaters will be caught, but if you look on these message boards, it looks like common practice for King/RoyalGames to ban people simply for withdrawing money.

    This means normal players cannot win, while cheaters cannot withdraw. The perfect money sucking scam.
    Don't waste your cash, and just play the free games.

    I have been a player for 11 years on the Web version Royal Games. In the 11 years I have only deposited, never withdrawn winnings. A few days ago, I withdrew $10 mostly for a test to see if they would pay me. Today I got an email telling me that my account was blocked and that I had to send them my Driver's License or Passport holding it next to my face. WHAT? My account is blocked, I cannot even play the games for free just b/c I tried to withdraw $10. If you google this, there are reviews all over the internet describing the same issue. Withdraw and you are blocked from your account. Even those who send in ID's with their face next to it are often never unblocked and sometimes there account is shut down after they try to withdraw. This is a scam and a fraud and there needs to be a class action lawsuit. This company needs to be investigated.

    I was playing on 818 level Suddenly it got freeze. I unstalled and reinstalled the app. Not able to start on 818 level. I again repeated the same process and connected with Facebook but my progress was not reverted. I am forced to play on level 1, kindly help.

    The weekly challenge, which is a race as to who wins the most levels. There is a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. I am on level 4062. I won over 50 games last week, and never received the prize of many boosters. I've won many times before and always received the prize. Please remedy this.

    I have been playing Candy crush saga for years. It is my favourite game .I'm up to level 4600 approx. I have not hit the jackpot on the spinning wheel ever. If this is unattainable why is it on the Wheel. I am very happy with the rules of this game, however I think this is unfair and wrong.
