KinderCare Education review: Inappropriate behavior - customer service

I was very disappointed to experience disrespect during several visits at this facility. It's been a month now and it upsets me each time I have to interact with this center as a support system for my grandchild. I can't believe the teacher in particular is allowed to use an intimidating, condescending tone of voice. Allowed to bully and harass a student's grandmother.

The Director and one of the teacher's were extremely rude and lashed out at me when I called out inappropriate behavior such as snatching a pencil from my grandchild's hand. This inappropriate physical contact is on video which I can't download.

After voicing a few suggestions to make it more comfortable and adaptable for my grandchild. I experienced verbal/nonverbal retaliation towards both myself and grandchild.

For example, their tone of voice was forceful intended to intimidate me. Teacher harassed my grandchild in front of me including starring me down and displaying street or gang behavior.

I am confused about how she was hired to teach when her daily journal reports contain many grammatical errors.

This complaint is not intended to slander anyone's character. I called the family hotline and filed a complaint and my daughter reached out to the directors supervisor.

However, the interactions were very toxic and unprofessional. One other staff member chimes in that my daughter has not prepared him for the day. Yet, when they double check his required items. They find it. These comments are intentional to antagonize me. I refuse to entertain the drama and remain proactive for the safety and well being of my grandchild.
