KinderCare Education review: injuries to infant

My infant son attended the location on timber path from november through last Friday.Initially i loved the daycare and the teachers but then in January, my son had a bruise and they did not tell me about it and they did not give me an incident report.

I brought it up to their attention and they claimed they do not know how he got it (he wasnt mobile yet). I called licensing and almost withdrew him but after talking with the assistant director she assured me that my son wasnt purposely hurt and convinced me to stay. BIGGEST MISTAKE of my life. After that incident the staff had attitude with me and did not seem excited to greet my son in the mornings.

I talked again with the assistant director and she assured me that everything was ok. A few days later my son got injured while in their care ( a red mark above his eye and next to his eye) and again they could not tell me how he got hurt. This was the last straw, i removed my son from that daycare. The infant teachers are always on their phones and not paying attention to the kids.

I do not recommend you put your kids in this daycare especially if they are infants.

Also, the teachers always opened the door to talk with other teachers from the other class rooms.I guarantee the teacher in charge of my son the time of his injury was either on the phone or had her head out the door conversating with another teacher.
