Tax dollars are spent every year on this program and it's not spending it appropriately

Tax dollars are spent every year on this program and it's not spending it appropriately. The wait time to speak to a person in tech support is over an hour! Then it will take an hour to find out there's no solution and 2 weeks to ship a new device. The teacher has been out over 10 times due to her father being ill and my child never had a substitute... never. Just left with holes in his schedule. They need better training, substitutes in place, shorter wait times, better equipment.
