Always a problem with it-today's was ordered the 8 piece special with sides, when processing a screen pops up and says: OOP something isn't right. Repeat-same over and over. Checked everything on my side, and all is right. Went inside the KFC store and they know nothing about the app, will not honor the price on the app and give me a phone number in Tennessee to call. After 10 minutes on the phone with them, they tell me they are just taking a complaint and will not honor the price...waisted all that time driving to the KFC store, showing it to the staff, on the phone with KFC and no one resolved the app issue and left without them honoring what was on the app..
