Defective 2022 Keystone Montana RV. Cancer patient bought RV for a clean place to live after finding out he had cancer while he was remolding his home.
Cancer patient was told he can not be in dust and dirt, while being treated for cancer. Cancer patient bought this RV to park outside his home while going through treatment.
Brand new RV was delivered with a defective PEX piping in the wall, which leaked on the floors and caused water damage to the Kitchen Galley floors and storage area floors. RV was delivered by Sunrise RV in Omak, WA. The RV was returned at the request of the RV manufacture (Keystone RV), some warranty items may have been fixed including the leaking defective PEX pipe in the wall, but the floors remain damaged.
Mold was found in the RV and doctor advised the cancer patient not to stay in the RV.
Customer has been without the RV for a year now after Keystone said it was their choice to repair/replace or refund their money. The cancer patient is having to paying for a place to stay and pay an attorney.
