Every since my husband and I bought our Keystone Alpine RV 2013 in February 2013 for two weeks living in it we started finding things wrong with our rv. Here is a list of things that we told them was wrong with it: The holding tank gauges were hooked up wrong and registered the wrong amount of fluids in tanks(fixed the hooking up but still shows there is waste in tanks but are empty). Carpet was torn from heat vent to door in bedroom (stitched back together but is unravelling). No heat comes out of the living area vents (not fixed). Black holding tank valve would not shut (only shuts half way now). Now that the warranty is expired as they have told me with an email they would not help pay for the black plastic covering the holding tanks came loose and water came running out of it, because there is a water leak some where. When we pulled the plastic off there is a slice or crack in the gray water tank. We also looked behind the panel in front of all the electric wires and heat ducting we found that the heat ducting for the bathroom and living room was not even hooked up. When we had it in for service for most of these problems after Adventure RV in Cheyenne Wyoming having it for two months we got it back stating that everything was fixed. When we left to go on the pipeline again we found that most of the stuff was not fixed and we had to do the fixing ourselves, because there again our warranty has expired and they would not help but one time to fix the refrigerator after we lost a couple hundred dollars worth of food. But stupid me I forgot to take pictures of the things that we fixed.
