I been a customer for a long time (bought tires/brakes, service, etc.) and won't ever be going back. Had my oil changed there on a Thursday and my car immediately was acting up. Called Saturday, said they'd call back, but never did. Dropped my car off early Monday morning, and asked ETA and they said it'd likely be a couple of days until they could diagnose the issue. Called back Tuesday afternoon, asking again for ETA, and they said the same -- it would be a couple of days to diagnose the issue. I then told them I would pick up my car and take it elsewhere because I needed my car back. An hour later I get a call back being told they did the diagnosis and it would be a $140 charge. I came and picked up my car and spoke with the GM and servicer manager, and they apologized for the "miscommunication" but refused to waive the charge. Basically swindled me out of a fee, and prioritized a small fee over keeping a long-term customer. I won't go back.

Bought a brand spanking new 2021 ride and gave up my 2017 Tahoe to Kevin Whitaker Chevy. But guess what? The car got messed up during transport and the dealership didn't even bother to write it down. When I called them up to let them know, they straight up refused to do anything about it. No solutions, no help, nada. And to top it off, they wouldn't even give me my old car back. What a bummer.

I took it to the dealership on March 2, and they kept it for over a week without being able to fix it. On March 9, I agreed to sell the car back to them for $45,000, even though I only owed $25,000. They were supposed to give me the remaining equity of $25,295.12, but they're not paying me.

So, I got a call from Kevin Whitaker Chevy Caddy in Dec 2020 about getting an extended warranty for my 2019 Chevy Traverse. I bought it new and paid cash. I had to take it back to the dealer 3 or 4 times cuz one of the back seats was busted. Ryan, the Service Tech, told me that "*** Whitaker ain't gonna honor the warranty" even though they asked me to buy it. He also said I gotta pay full price for a new seat. The seat first broke in 2019 right after I bought it.

I took my car in for service 'cause it was under warranty and had a transmission issue. I got some videos to show the problem. The transmission guy, Brandon, took a quick test drive with me there. He didn't hook up the car to the computer to check for problems. Brandon said that these transmissions are usually good and don't have issues, but a hard shift can be normal even after a test drive. The hard shift and slippage from 2nd to 3rd gear was really bad and some mechanics said there was a problem with the transmission, but they weren't sure without taking it apart. I've kept up with maintenance and have records to prove it. Brandon didn't give me any paperwork on the day of the inspection (July 22), but I have some screenshots from when I went to Parks GMC dealership on July 20 (with 98,78X mi) and talked to mechanic Rob O. He called their transmission specialist for me to go there. I opened a case with GM customer care on 5/11/2022 (128,483 mi) 'cause the truck was still hard shifting and slipping and actually worse. The truck was serviced on 6/13/22 by *** and they said it needed a new transmission. The computer diagnostic showed 2 historical codes (for 2nd-3rd gear solenoid failure) and 3 current codes. GM customer care offered a 30% discount on a new transmission based on their "policy evaluation" tool. The total replacement cost was $6,427.55 (their part-1928.27 /my part-4499.28). I offered to split the cost 50/50 since I took the car in for the exact problem under warranty and the diagnosis wasn't done right and I didn't get the right paperwork. What I suggested is totally fair in this situation.
