When I put my first order in, I specifically said it was a one time purchase. Since then, I have been charged $54.95 monthly! One the products don't work as they claim they do. I've been using everything since I got my first order and there is no change in my hair at all.
I was really hoping that this work because I have really thin hair. The shampoo and conditioner make my hair thinner and flatter. Their has been no growth in my hair at all and I have gotten 3 different months of supplies and have been using them faithfully

Desired outcome: Cancel my subscription and refund all of my money back
