I gotta say, I'm a big fan of CysterWigs. They've got a great selection of wigs at prices that won't break the bank. And let's not forget about their video reviews - they're super helpful when you're trying to decide which wig to buy. But, I gotta admit, I've had a few issues with my orders in the past.

It seems like every time I get really excited about a wig and place an order, it ends up being backordered or there's some kind of delivery problem. It's a bummer, but it happens. The most recent time I ordered from CysterWigs, I was really looking forward to getting two new wigs. But when they didn't show up, I started to get worried.

I checked the tracking link that CysterWigs provided, and it said the wigs were on their way. But after a few days of waiting, I still hadn't received anything. So, I contacted my local post office to see if they had any information. They didn't have the package, but they said they'd look into it for me.

I just started wearing wigs and toppers last fall, and I stumbled upon Cysterwigs. I was a bit hesitant at first, but I decided to order three wigs to see how they would look on me. I ended up keeping one and returning the other two. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to return the wigs and get credits for them. I later ordered two more wigs, but I had to return one because the color didn't suit me. Once again, I was issued a credit promptly.

I did have a bit of trouble with one return, as I couldn't initiate it online and had to call customer service. But for some reason, I was issued a refund instead of a credit. Despite this minor issue, I had no problem using my credits for other purchases once I figured out what styles and colors flattered me.

The Cysterwigs website is well-organized and easy to navigate. I found the online wig reviews to be quite helpful, although I wish there were more models who were more petite. Some of the wigs that looked great on Heather were a bit overwhelming on me.

I did have one minor problem with an order, but it was never resolved. However, it was such a small issue that I decided to let it go. One thing that would be helpful is if I received notifications about when to expect my orders. I've been waiting for an order for about a month now, and I haven't received any updates besides shipping notifications. More information would be appreciated.

Despite these minor issues, I've been very pleased with Cysterwigs. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality wigs and toppers.

I lost my hair about 5 years ago due to chemo and because of my diagnosis of Stage IV Metastatic Breast Cancer, I knew that I would never be off of chemo. I wanted to feel like myself again, so I started wearing wigs. I watched reviews on YouTube and Heather (owner of Cysterwigs) and many others, and I began to love wigs. I bought wigs from Cysterwigs, as well as big wig sellers.

It became apparent that the wonderful sales, information for wig wearers and, above all, customer service made Cysterwigs stand out. For example, there have been a couple times where I have seen a wig while I was perusing the internet and wanted to order it. Unfortunately, no one sold the wig online. I contacted big online wig stores, but they all said there was nothing they could do. I contacted Cysterwigs and asked about special ordering the wig and heard from Heather. This was before Cysterwigs had their CCHD.

Heather was wonderful. She let me know that the wig I was interested in was only sold in brick and mortar stores, but she would try and get it for me. Heather was able to get me the wig I wanted... this happened two times!

From then on, I have strictly bought from Cysterwigs and have seen the growth of Heather's store. And even though her store grew so much that she needed to enlarge her customer service and hired more help, the warmth of the small online store remains.

Thank you Heather for all you and your staff do for your customers. I am always referring your site to others and will continue to do so. I love the way you treat your customers and the way you make us feel like family. Keep up the good work!

Yo, so I gotta say, I was pretty stoked to get my hands on the Estetica Becky wig from CysterWigs. I mean, I had checked out some of their videos and stuff, but let me tell you, this wig looks way better in person. The hair is so freakin' soft and luxurious, it's like running your fingers through a cloud. And the color? TR613/27, baby. It's a light strawberry blonde with some pale gold tips, and it's the closest thing I've found to my natural hair color.

Now, I gotta be real with y'all. I do have a bit of a petite-average sized head, and the Estetica caps run pretty large. But hey, that's what the adjustable straps in the back are for, right? Unfortunately, when I start to sweat a little (which, let's be real, happens to the best of us), the cap stretches out a bit. But that's not just an Estetica thing, it happens with most wigs in this heat. That's why I always wear a bamboo wig cap or a wig grip, and I swear by this stuff called It Stays.

The only thing I would change about this wig is that I wish it had a little more hair on top. The other Becky wig I had was definitely thicker up there. This one's a bit sparse, and I worry about being able to see the wefting and wefting lines underneath. But hey, that's what wig caps are for, right? I've got a cream-colored one that I think will work well with this wig.

All in all, I'm super happy with my purchase. The Estetica Becky wig is a classic curl style that's perfect for my spring/summer wardrobe, and the color is just *chef's kiss*. And the price point? CysterWigs is a great website for buying wigs. They have excellent customer service and provide lots of information about wigs on their website. They also have two YouTube channels and a virtual wig try-on app, which is really helpful when trying to find the perfect wig. They also have great VIP sales and low prices, which is a plus.

However, there are a few things that could be improved. Firstly, it's important to note that Heather, the owner of CysterWigs, is 5'8" with a larger than average 23" circumference. This means that most wigs look great on her because she is very tall and has a big head. This can be misleading for people who are petite, like myself, as the wigs may not look the same on us as they do on Heather.

Another issue is that the website could use more filters. For example, if you want to look for a Raquel Welch wig that is blonde, synthetic, and has a lace front, you can't do that. This can make it time-consuming to find specific kinds of wigs.

The loyalty reward point system also needs to be fixed. I lost 2,000 loyalty reward points due to an error in the system, and there was no way to correct it. This can be frustrating for customers who have earned points and want to use them towards future purchases.

Lastly, the return policy can be a bit tricky. They don't really take returns, so you have to be very careful with your new wig. You can try it on, but you can't do anything to it, not even run your fingers through it. If you don't think the wig is for you, you can return it at your expense for an exchange for another wig. I gotta say, I've bought a few wigs from Cysterwigs - four to be exact - and while two of them were great, the other two just didn't work out for me. The second wig I returned was called Girl Mono, and it just wasn't my style. So I sent it back, but then I got it back from the company! I was like, "What the heck?" So I talked to Enrique, who works in customer service, and he told me that they had actually sent me an email saying they couldn't accept the return because the wig had a strong human odor, had been messed with, and was all messed up. But I never got that email! And they haven't shown me any proof that they actually sent it.

I swear, I never wore that wig for more than five minutes at a time, and I always used a head cover. I was super careful with it, and I sent it back within the 30-day return window, with the tag still attached and everything. But now they're saying I messed with the part and altered the wig? That's just not true! The part is a mono filament, so why would I need to mess with it? And the curls are still perfectly intact, just like when I got it.

I used a store credit to buy that wig, and I even bought another wig from them while I was waiting for the store credit to come through. But now I just want my money back. I complained to the BBB, but Cysterwigs just accused me of trying to scam them and said I held onto the wig for too long. It's just not fair! I've since ordered a couple more wigs because, let's be real, everyone needs a backup and a backup for their backup.

The hair fibers are so soft and feel just like real hair. I couldn't stop running my fingers through them. And the colors and styles available are amazing. I've never seen such a wide variety of wigs in one place. But what really sets Cyster Wigs apart is their customer service. I recently had an issue and their customer care department was on it in no time. They resolved my issue by the end of the day and I was blown away by their responsiveness.

So, if you're in the market for a wig or hair alternative, I highly recommend Cyster Wigs and HairKittyKitty. They have exceeded my expectations in every way and I'm so grateful to have found them.

I've spent a lot of money at CysterWigs, well over $3000.00, but unfortunately, they haven't treated me very well. When I tried to use my rewards points, which included a $20 coupon, for a $500 purchase that had a discounted wig, I received an email from Heather's partner that was supposed to be intimidating but came off as rude and flippant. They told me that reward points can't be used for discounted purchases, only for accessories. They also said that if using rewards with discounted purchases is a requirement for me, then CysterWigs hasn't fit my bill in the past and likely won't in the future. Well, excuse me, John, but this is the internet. I can go to any web store, put in a promo code, and get a discount. I can use my points and rewards at Voguewigs and other wig stores on any purchases without any hassle. Only at Blysterwigs do I get pushback.

Another issue I've had with CysterWigs is their constantly changing policy on exchanges. Originally, you could exchange a wig for another wig without a restocking fee. Suddenly, there's a new policy, but who knew? I purchased a wig and didn't like the color, so I let them know I was returning it for another wig, the same one but a different color. In the past, I was able to do that without a restocking fee. However, this time, I had to wait two months for my "refund." I received a "gift card" of $39, which is less than half of the purchase price of the wig (shipping is an outrageous $11.00 when most companies are free). When I complained, I then got a PayPal "refund" of $20.00. Now, I'm stuck with a $39 gift card, which won't equal much when I have to pay $11 for shipping and can't use it with any discounts.

While CysterWigs' older videos had some good information on color, Heather does disparage other companies, and that's bad karma. Her new wigs are okay, but they're way overpriced when you tally in the shipping and return policy. I can get good information from Taz on YouTube, and there are some other great wig companies out there that don't soak you and are honest. So, buyer beware of Blusterwigs.

They got a decent selection and some really cool customer reviews with pictures, which is why I decided to give them a try. I mean, who doesn't love seeing how the wig looks on someone before you buy it? The prices are pretty much the same as everywhere else, so no complaints there.

But let me tell you, their customer service needs some work. I tried calling them a few times, but it seems like the phone people can only take orders or check on orders. If you want to know anything about the products, you gotta play email tag. And they don't keep you updated about your order status either. I placed an order and waited for two weeks, sending several emails (because I gave up on the long phone hold times), and they finally told me my item was on backorder. But get this, I wasn't even listed on backorder on the site! Who knows how long they would have kept my money if I hadn't stayed on top of them.

Another person mentioned that they found customer service combative, and I can definitely relate. I asked several direct questions via email in trying to sort out an exchange, and they didn't answer even one of them. I wanted to know about the color, and they basically just told me that color is subjective. I mean, I get that, but I specifically asked how a color from one brand compared to one from a brand I knew to make it NOT subjective. Then they just sent me screen shots that I had obviously already seen. Clearly, they didn't care about what I wanted to know. And if they didn't know, the answer was, "I don't know." And they accused me of being hateful. By the way, I was going for an exchange because their return charge is WAY too high!

So, I'm sticking to NameBrandWigs. They even call me when an item goes on backorder and help me choose an alternative. They are helpful with color, style, density, and are always sweet on the phone. Their prices are in line with Cysterwigs, and their selection is wider, and now they have reviews! Additionally, while Cysterwigs says that they don't accept returns on their clearance site basically because no one does, NameBrandWigs does!

But hey, some people seem to like Cysterwigs just fine. If you don't have any issues with your order, they'll probably be alright. But if you're like me and want good customer service, I'd only order something you've ordered before from here!

They offer the same 30% off and free shipping on $50 orders, but their customer service is top-notch. They really go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy and satisfied. I'm so glad I found them, and I'll definitely be ordering from them again in the future.

Restocking fees, hidden charges... it's all a bunch of nonsense. And what really gets me is that companies like Cysterwigs prey on people who are already going through a tough time. People with cancer, people with alopecia... these are folks who are already dealing with one of life's biggest challenges. And yet companies like Cysterwigs seem perfectly content to take advantage of them.

So here's what I'm gonna do. I'm done with online wig stores. From now on, I'm only buying from my local wig store. Sure, it might be a little more expensive, but at least I know I'll be dealing with real people who actually care about their customers. As for Cysterwigs... well, let's just say I won't be supporting that particular travesty any time soon. And I really do wonder how the people who run these businesses sleep at night.

I recently bought a wig from CysterWigs on March 22, 2019. It cost me $70.81, but luckily there was a 30% off sale at the time. However, I want to warn you all that if you don't have a working printer, you won't be able to get a refund because they require you to fill out a form. I shipped the wig back the day after it was delivered, but I waited patiently and still NO REFUND. Finally, on May 10, 2019, almost 7 weeks later, I sent an email to ***@cysterwigs.com. Unfortunately, they do not have a phone number for a real customer service department, all you get is a recording.

I got an email back from them stating that they had issued a refund for $52.03 and that it would take several days. However, I copied my response to their email and let them know that this was so bad and so wrong. I mean, it's been almost 7 weeks now and I still don't have a refund on an item purchased on March 22, 2019. And then they had the nerve to steal $19.00 from me. I need to know the date the refund was issued. How many is several days?

STOP sending me Emails. Your company can't issue a refund, but you can send me an email every other day. I would have been a really good customer. Not that anyone will care, but I will never order from you guys again. Not after this experience. It's just not worth it.

Last autumn, I decided to try out Cysterwigs for the first time. My usual go-to retailer, Namebrandwigs, didn't have the Aspen Estetica in stock, so I thought I'd give Cysterwigs a shot. I was really impressed with the video reviews that Heather did, so I had high hopes for my purchase.

Unfortunately, when I went to order the Aspen, it was out of stock. However, the website did give me the option to receive a text when it was back in stock, so I signed up for that. About a week later, I got the text and immediately placed my order. However, a week later, I was told that the item was actually out of stock. I was really disappointed, so I reached out to customer care to see what was going on.

To my surprise, the customer care representative was really combative with me. They claimed that they had sent me an email letting me know that the item was backordered and that I hadn't placed my order right after the text. I was really shocked by their response, as I hadn't received any such email. I even checked my junk folder to make sure. I expressed my disappointment to them, but they just told me that the wig was backordered and that other retailers would be in the same position.

I decided to wait it out and see if the Aspen would come back in stock. In the meantime, I placed an order with Namebrandwigs, but even they were backordered. However, it only took them a week to fill my order, while Cysterwigs took an additional two weeks. I was really disappointed by this, as I wear wigs for Alopecia Universlalis, not just for fashion. I need a retailer who is more sympathetic to my needs.

Overall, I was really let down by my experience with Cysterwigs. While I appreciated the video reviews, the customer service left a lot to be desired. I hope that they can improve in the future, as I would love to give them another chance.
