Kellogg’s raisin bran
I opened a brand new box of cereal (that does not expire until July) only to find live bugs in the bag! It was not just a few but prbly close to 20 - 30. I purchased this from Target who issued me refund. I then reached out to Kellogg's to only an apology letter and 2 free coupons for merchandise in the amount of $5.00, this is unacceptable! Clearly this has been an on going issue that needs to be fixed!
Frosted strawberry pop-tarts
Now the reason I am writing you is because this has happened more than once with me and it is far too disappointing being as low I am a low income single mother and I'm currently pregnant right now and my biggest craving are my strawberry Kellogg's Pop-Tarts I pay for the Kellogg's ones because they are fully frosted if I wanted to buy the Walmart brand I could get the less frosted cheaper version but instead I go hard and I buy your guys's brand for the frosted strawberry deliciousness. But I am sorry to inform you about my disappointment with this package and the half frosted Pop-Tarts that I found inside of it so instead of being fully satisfied me and my little baby to be we were only half satisfied.
Not-so-very-frosted strawberry pop-tarts :-(
Desired outcome: I would like to be reimbursed for my purchase
The entire box was filled with the same disappointment as that first package. The disappointment enlarged as I began to notice that my children were leaving behind the unfrosted and half eaten packages of pop tarts in the box. Apparently they don't enjoy the unfrosted one's as much as I. Growing up in a low-income family where food wasn't I was easy to abundant with six siblings and one single father raising us all on his own, it really upsets me to see food being waisted... I understand what my father was saying now that I am the single parent trying to raise my children with a low income household. The fact of the matter is is that I went into Walmart and bought one of those giant boxes that is over $10 have your Kellogg's frosted strawberry Pop-Tarts, you know the one that comes with like 48 in a box.. well anywho I surely hope that Kellogg's can keep my family as regular customers by acknowledging the misfortune that has happened and by correcting the situation as best as they can. I look forward to hearing from you but until I do my family is boycotting the Kellogg's brand until they prove their worth.
Thank you for taking the time to read this complaint. I hope that you have a wonderful day and God bless.

Strawberry poptarts
I bought a case from Sam's club and half the box doesn't have any filling or Icing. I'm still eating them because I love em, BUT this kinda sucks too.
Desired outcome: Replace them
Raisin bran
Bought the Jumbo sized box of Raisin Bran and found just five raisins in the entire box.
Must be a quality control thing?
No harm done, but that was a lot of Bran Flakes to get thru without any raisins!
Raison bran
Made breakfast this morning and chewed into a piece of hard plastic. Looked like a bit off a plastic wheel. That had broken off, it stabbed my gum and it bled for awhile. I'd just opened the box and I decided it wasn't safe to keep. I've been eating raison ran everyday for the last 20 years and this is the only issue I've had so far. Thanks...
Desired outcome: Refund

Unfortunately it hadn't crossed my mind to snap a photo for evidence of this atrocity the last time I was dealt this half frosted hand of cards but my lack of photo evidence doesn't make this occurrence any less real. Please kellogs, for the love of God fix this problem
Strawberry poptarts
We recently purchased a box of strawberry frosted pop tarts. We had a package inside that was partially covered with frosting. Just a bit more than half was covered. We wanted to report this problem. We were disappointed in this as our poptarts previously purchased did not have this problem. I have added photos of the poptarts and UPC code. We would love a reply.

Desired outcome: Replacement box
New flavor pop tarts
The peach was okay not something we will buy again. The apple pop tarts have no apple taste AT ALL. Had a lot of dough, nothing remotely like an apple in the flavor. Why can't you make grape flavor? Seriously one of the top-selling jelly flavors is grape. Instead, you come up with new "flavors" that only exist in the name you put on the box, certainly not in the product inside.
Desired outcome: Give up on trying new flavors you suck at it
I am complaining about buying pop tarts frootloops out dated
Hello my name is Jeremy Foster and I truly enjoy your products! I am writing you this message in regards to buying outdated pop tarts for the 2nd time I have enough with dollar general and Walmart selling me outdated product in these times every cent counts . It's just a little bit upset when you really enjoy the products you work hard for and the distributor let you down. I am part to blame for not looking at the date lol thanks for listening in best regards Jeremy Foster
Desired outcome: Speak to them
I think you need to take this issue up with Dollar General and Walmart, not Kellogg's. They are supposed to get rid of out of date foods. Stores like that have a history of overlooking expiry dates.
Kellogg’s town house pretzel flip sides
I bought this box of crackers at the Fort Payne Al Walmart.
Almost all the crackers were broken.
Desired outcome: Replaced
Flipsides pretzels
I purchased a box of flip side pretzels and upon opening them found that app 80 % were broken into multiple pieces. The numbers on the box were k205343 001 upc proof of purchase o [protected] 7 we were very disappointed in the product. But on the bright side our feathered friends enjoyed the bits and pieces ate them all. It really wasn't worth my while to return them to the store as it is over 25 miles.
Desired outcome: just thought you should be informed I should have taken a picture, did not know there was a space for that.

The pop tarts come two to a pack with 4 packs in the box. Today we opened a new pack and there was only 1 pop tart and less than a half one in the sealed package.

corn flakes
Kellogg's corn flakes...first time in 65 years I found black flakes in my bowl. Not just a speck but many small burnt black flakes! More and more in every bowl! Where's the quality control I've come to expect from a name brand? Lucky me, I bought the big double box! I wonder what awaits me in the second bag? I've never even had cause to complain in all these years, but being retired and money is more important than ever, and my stage 4 colon cancer is keeping me from having a long life, the little things like a good breakfast cereal become more important than ever.
Desired outcome: Replace with a good box!
Childrens LGBTQ cereal
I have six children. What makes you think it is appropriate for you to talk to my children about sex and sexual orientation? If you came up to my child on a playground and initiated a conversation about being gay or pansexual and told my child to identify their sexuality for you I would chase you off and have you arrested. As a parent of six children I have purchased a lot of Kellogg's products. Never again. I am devoted to making sure no one ever buys your products again! Unacceptable
Desired outcome: Resind your devotion to politics over products
Ad campaign
Food does not belong in political social issues of the day. I will not buy your brand of cereal any longer. Your view goes against science, you are born male or female, that simple. Your view goes against God and both old and new testament direction to us. What's next, looting, burning, prostitution, drive by shootings month? I don't see you have an ad campaign for God and values, that is what the large majority of Americans believe in.
So extremely disappointed in seeing another corporation try go go woke. That is something that is extremely harmful and divisive to the USA.
Desired outcome: Reverse the pride campaign
Special Edition
I grew up eating Kellogg's cereal. It is something I enjoyed and remember to this day. However, I am saddened and disgusted with your new special edition cereal pushing a social agenda. You are a food company and therefore should stick to your focus of food. Quit trying to intervene into the political arena. You don't belong there. I will not be purchasing your brand of cereal any longer. I will not support a company that does agree with my nor America's values.
Desired outcome: Pull the special edition cereal
Advertising on new 'inclusive' cereal
Targeting children to push a social agenda that is way over their heads is abusive and just plain wrong. At 1st I thought your company had succumbed to pressure from radical groups, like so many others, but then I looked deeper and realize this is who you really are through and through.
Not hating people who believe different from you is good, forcing their agenda down everyone's throats is not.
No more kellogg's for us. Please consider other, more appropriate ways to help society. Thank you
Frosted flakes
I purchased your box of Jumbo Frosted Flakes and the contents were full of shredded up flakes. I miss the days of opening a box of frosted flakes and there was lots of frosting on the large flakes. Nowadays it's a shame. I'm a cereal kid and always has been. If your jumbo boxes of Frosted Flakes take the bottom of the barrel flakes you should label them that.
Desired outcome: Please fix this issue for the future of your reputation
Kelloggs assortment pack
I bought your 20 mini box assortment pack and they were stale the date on the box was good my wife ate some and got sick as well not very happy I hope you will send me a bunch of coupons for your products or maybe you should send me free stuff my address is 47 platt st apt 2 glens falls ny 12801 thank you so lets resolve this problem please and thank you hope to be hearing from you soon
