I absolutely love your products, especially the Pita Sea Salt chips; however, my last purchase was a disappointment. A lot of thechips were broken into small pieces and I find that to be unusual, especially since I purchased them at a different location than usual. I stopped buying them at Publix on University Blvd. because of this same issue and thought that my experience would be better at a neighborhood walMart on Skyland Blvd. Tuscaloosa, AL. Due to many failed successes, I have decided to take a break from any of your products, outside of the regular original townhouse crackers.

My husband had pour out a bowl of crunchy cornflake and something had dropped into his bowl from the crunchy cornflakes box but it look like if it was chicken sharp of crunchy cornflakes it was just opened a new box he had to bin the cereal but Kelloggs had sent him s £4’00 vouchers? the cereal cost more I will be speaking with the health and safety team has my friend works in the that area so I hope to hear back soon many thanks Mrs n Oconnell my email is [protected]@icloud.com

July 21, 2022 is when I brought a box of brown sugar Pop tarts from Food Lion. My daughter was about to eat one for breakfast but I will attach the photos of what she almost ate that day. I still have the rest of the box that we are not going to eat. This is disgusting.

There's not enough strawberries in this kind of cereal ever! I bought it in WinCo, Redding CA. I bought it around 7/16/2022 in morning from 8:00 to 9:00 am.

I had bought a box of frosted mini wheats and when I went to get a bowl of them I had seen something black attached to a mini wheat. Upon further inspection, there was a piece of rubber sticking out of the cereal. I have a picture of the cereal and the rubber piece. I cannot allow my grandchildren to eat this and I no longer have the original box.

I was very disappointed to see that you have gone the Shrinkflation route at Kellogg's.

Rice Krispies to 340g boxes and Corn Pops to 320g boxes.

I have been an avid cereal eater for 25 years but this is the end. These silly steps that add both expense to you and extra garbage to the environment are just plain dumb.

Bye Bye Kellogg's. You had a good run. Think smarter and bring back the old sizes asap. Till then you have lost a life long customer.

We have been purchasing Town House crackers for years. I believe that we just purchased our last box. The last few boxes that we purchased were not even servable to my Grandson, much less company that came to visit. When we opened each pack, the crackers all fell apart into crumbs. Ridiculous. Bad when you have to eat crackers with a spoon. It didn't matter what store we purchased them from, they were all the same.

Hello there my name is Vicki brown and I have a complaint about a product that I bought yesterday from Walmart in Lawrenceburg Tennessee on 6/23/2022 And didn't notice anything until after I had gotten home well the date on the box is way out of date it says February 27th of 2022 and I don't know rather eat them or take it back to Walmart in Lawrenceburg or is there anything you could do about it since I did buy the product? Yes or no.the time was approx around 6pm central time..

06/22/2022 purchased bars at grocery there was a bug in one of bars. It seems to be baked into bar. It was in 3 of the bars out if 4 bars in box. I purchased at Winn Dixie grocery in Okahumpka, FL

There was several dark brown particles in my bowl of cereal, it was the last of the box. In which our box of cereal only last two to three days. Once it's opened. Not sure what the particles are but they did not even disolve when I pulled a few out of my bowl, it just rolled around on the tip of my finger... I thought it was possibly burned pieces but it could of been wibels. But it was gross. Ive never had any complaints to any kellog brand cereals but this bad, I just hope kellogs can correct the cooking process or however cereals made. And maybe not burn flakes or what ever it was at the bottom of my box of cereal can be corrected some how in the processing phase...

I just opened a new box of Pepper Jack cheez Its that we purchased last week from Acme in Smyrna DE and the whole box is burnt. I thought maybe just a few were burnt so I poured some out and they all are burnt and can’t be eaten. We even tried to eat them and they taste burnt which is sad because we love cheez Its (pepper jack is my favorite) and they are not usually like this. Proof of purchase number [protected].

I started buying them when Keebler made them. They were buttery wonderful crackers that became my favorite.

Kellog's took them over and for a while they retained their goodness. Then, evidently some Millennial MBA decided that there wasn't enough profit to be had while keeping the objective of excellence as a principle.

Now they are crumbly white compress nothingness without the strength and usefulness to be called a cracker. It should be labeled as Kellog's Box O' Krumbs.

I bought 3 boxes while they were terrible hoping that it was just a "Bumb Batch". Unfortunately it is your new recipe, and one that I will no longer support.

Good Luck with that particular business plan.

Let me know when that MBA has been fired and when you are going to publicly apologize. Then if I haven't found a replacement, I'll think about it.

As I was searching for healthier cereal at the store I came across special K. It looks like something healthy that my daughter would like to eat. She’s not really into the flakes cereal but these are chocolate dusted and some are even dipped in a bit of chocolate. I didn’t notice the ingredients before I purchased because I was under the impression that it would have better ingredients, seeing a lady on the back exercising and the words making it sound like it’s healthier like the slogan keep it simple keep it K. Unfortunately I really bad for your health ingredient included is hydrogenated vegetable oil which comes from palm kernel, coconut, soybean, and a cotton seed. This is very disappointing because exercise doesn’t help get rid of the hydrogenated oil. A change of diet including nutritious produce and high fiber is important in expelling all the toxic waste and clearing out the arteries. My daughter had her first ball this morning and she said it doesn’t taste good it has a bit of a oily flavor. I’m pretty sure if the hydrogenated oil wasn’t used in this product, that it would be not only a lot better for your health but It would taste better too. Please consider removing all the hydrogenated oil from your special K so that it could be truly healthy like it was meant to be.

You have a great product, but the packages inside the box was torn open. I use to work at a family owned company and I know things happen, but I also know when things like this happen you like to know about it. The box im talking about is the STRAWBERRY Pastry Crisps. It must of happened on the machine that package them because it looks like thay have been torn open. Im not sure this will help you with anything, but for safty sake we threw the whole box away. If possible I like to get another box. Thank You Rick Schempf I still have the item and will send it to you if you like, or ill be comming to Michigan in Nov and ill bring it.

Bottom of bag is loaded with shredded cereal which turns to mush if you try to eat it with milk.

i recently bought townhouse crackers which you have taken over from Keebler. they are now crumbly and inferior compared with Keeblers version. They look the same but do not hold together when you take them out of the packaging and not firm and easy to handle. Why did you change the recipe? you have lost a customer.

I have not been able to find this product in stock anywhere in several months. I realize there was a strike some time ago. However, it seems this product could have been back in stock by now.

Many of us have to eat a high fiber diet to keep the system working. There are no substitutes I can find locally. This is a HEALTH issue. Some folks get plugged up, infected, and die. Please try to have a little larger social conscience.

This is what was found in my bowl of cereal this morning I bought the Box last night the store

I want to express the disappointment when I purchased 5 Rice Krispies Treats-Birthday Cake Boxes of 14 individual wrapped treats. When I opened the box I was surprised that all the Birthday Cake Treats were in PINK. We had a large Birthday Party for a boy.

I had to take all the Treats and cover them in Silver paper and put a paper sleeve over the Silver Paper. It took hours, which I was running on limited time.

First your box does not say the treats are in PINK wrappers. Stop and think do you know that Boys also have birthdays.

Your boxes should have new Art work and stipulate that the treat wrappers are in PINK. You also need wrappers in Blue. Don't forget the hoys.
