This complaint is in regards to me having to get my wife's ring serviced 3 times within a year. Same diamonds keep falling out and not only that it's poor customer service. After taking the ring to the store to be sent off, we were given a 2 week turnaround time. Ring came back and we received a call to tell us it'll be another 10 weeks to have another diamond serviced. My complaint is that this store needs to stop giving out false dates and stop damaging product and telling the customer that it's their fault. The ring was inspected the day they sent it out for serving and to tell us yet another diamond is lose is absurd, when we know it wasn't sent off like that. I purchased this ring for my wife in July 2018 and in less than 6 months after that it was in the shop with your company and now twice since then. Poor quality and bad service. I would like for her to get a different ring with an equal trade value. That seems fair considering the amount of time we've had this ring. I would like to have this issue resolved and willing to take it a step further.

Never Again! Purchased Movado watch from Kay Jewelers. Within 9 months, the watch stopped working. I paid over $90 to have batteries put in and watch was supposedly shipped to Movado to have batteries replaced. Watch came back and I immediately put it on and walked around the store - watch still not working. Paid additional $130 to have something replaced (after it was sent out for an assessment supposedly). After 5 weeks, received a call that the watch was fixed. Picked up the watch - still doesn't work. I will NEVER buy another piece of Jewelry from Kay. #1 The manager will refund my money or replace the watch. #2 I'm taking this story to the news. There's a fraud here somewhere.
