KaTom Restaurant Supply review: Breath guards

I ordered breath guards from KaTom for my restaurant (order 4712534, $20,851.79, financed through Credit Key). Before ordering, KaTom rep Sarah Holland confirmed the correct setup in writing on May 20, 2026. The guards arrived in September 2026 in the wrong configuration with the gold finish damaged. I reported it September 15, 2026 with photos. The manufacturer accepted a $3,000 credit on September 30, 2026. KaTom credited only $3,300 total toward the guards. On November 2, 2026, Credit Key told me in writing it cannot refund the remaining $17,551.79 without a written credit memo from KaTom. KaTom has not issued it. Resolution sought: KaTom issues the written credit memo to Credit Key for $17,551.79 on order 4712534.
