I've been renting from them for almost 3 years now. Anytime I've had an issue, they're always quick to respond and take care of the problem.

Awsome landlords! They are very friendly, personable, and helpful. First time our landlords havent been a big management company and we love it. They are easy to contact and willing to help with any problems we have.

Absolutely luv renting from them! Wen there is a maintenence issue they get it taken care of as soon as possible! They work with u if u have any type of issues and help in anyway they can! I have watched them bend over backwards to help others in need!
People are so rude and impatient
People are so rude and impatient. You can't always be first. You need to understand that these people have more than just us to look after. I have never had a problem getting things fixed. If you thought you have been treated kind of short, you may have been at the end of a bad day. Being nicer might help. *** 404 b1. Ps: I'm thankful for the apartment here. The other one I lived in, I got lease violations for walking on the grass.

I luv everybody at Katlyn Property Management. I've been livin' at one of their places for like 8 years and ain't plannin' on movin'. They're super nice, professional, and really care 'bout all their tenants and families. They do extra stuff to make sure everyone has a safe and amazin' place to live. I'd tell everyone to check 'em out if they want a dope place to live. Thanks to everybody at Katlyn Property Management!

Katlyn Property MGMT appears credible as it's registered with City Hall. I filed a police report against them. I spoke to Officer Riley from the Police Department about the incident. They'll lie, charge for applications, and promise quick feedback. They then ignore you, pocket the fees, and eventually send a rejection email after persistent calls.
