JVM Realty Corporation in *** has become terrible. Since 2016, *** seems to have cut corners and did not maintain *** complex. They have not upheld the standards of the *** LS area. Their other Properties are new or renovated and management cares about the complex. *** has *** 2021 rent increase *** only seems to care about getting rent payments. rent is totally not worth the money, revolving door of managers and office staff, major repairs and renovations are needed in all buildings and apartments, zero insulation in the walls (apartments are cold in the winter and hot in the summer), vicious unregistered dogs (pitbull), dog *** everywhere and not picked up. *** City Laws arent enforced. No manager to keep an eye on the property to walk the grounds to inspect and keep things running smooth.

The apartment leasing office signed a paper with requesting *** final termination fee. When I paid the amount they added *** to the termination fee total without any reason or explanation.

JVM Realty Corporation charged us $205 for carpet cleaning when we moved out of our apartment. They even sent us to collections for the money. We had a move-out inspection and they said everything was perfect. But then they said the carpet needed stretching and cleaning and charged us after we had already moved out. Our leasing agreement didn't mention anything about cleaning the carpets before moving out. I've tried contacting the office multiple times, but no one has returned my call to fix this problem.

An administration and application fee of $300 and $75, totaling $375, was paid to secure an apartment at the Aventine at Oakhurst North complex. I received confirmation of payment with the following details: PAYMENT INFORMATION Payment confirmation number: *** Payment Date: 9/5 Payment Amount: $375.00 Apartment: 27-2717 As part of my move-in request, I specifically requested a garage space located directly across from the apartment. According to *** in the office, I was assigned garage unit 27D, which was supposed to be conveniently situated in front of my unit. However, upon inspecting the location, I discovered that the garage space was not even close to the intended unit. I expressed my concerns via email to the office and ***, but the alternative units they offered were not available as per the contract I signed for a move-in date of 11/05. Despite making several calls to the property management company, I received no callbacks, and *** in the office was unhelpful in addressing my requests. I am requesting a refund of the application and administration fee in the amount of $375. This situation involved false information, a breach of contract, and the salesperson did not provide the information outlined in the signed application.
