Item was out of stock on their website. I place a request to be notified when in stock. I get the notification and place my order. They sent me the wrong item and even the wrong size. I fill out the return request online. They take over 48 hours to respond and say they are now out of stock again on the item I originally ordered and they will not commit to overnighting me my original purchase, which has been paid for, when they are restocked. Absolutely no accountability or sliver of customer service. They got their money and could not care less about correcting their error and the customer suffers. Spend your money elsewhere.

So, here's my take on K-9 Ballistics, and specifically their chew-resistant tough ortho bed cover. I gotta say, I was pretty excited to get this for my pooch - I'd been saving up for months to buy it. But man, was I disappointed. First off, I believed all the hype about this product, and boy was I let down. Within just 2 hours of being in the crate, my dog - who's only a moderate chewer - had already eaten straight through it. Can you believe that? I couldn't, and neither could my wallet.

That just rubbed me the wrong way, you know? I was gonna get another expensive bed for one of my other dogs, but because of the way they were treating me, I went somewhere else. They just lost a $200 sale but were too stingy to let me get Nuggets' name on the cover.

When sending out automated emails regarding shipping, they should not insert a firm delivery date but put in a range instead so that they are not held responsible for giving false information.

To make matters worse, I live in Wisconsin, and the packages are currently in Texas. I don't blame FedEx for this delay but K9 Ballistics. They should have paid attention to the delivery date when they promised it to me and anticipated any possible roadblocks that may have occurred. If they paid for the delivery by the 7th, they should be pursuing some accommodation from FedEx. However, as a customer, I have no recourse with FedEx.

Now, I don't even have the bed yet, so we will see if our dog will destroy it, and how quickly they will honor the "warranty" if the bed fails. Once I have the bed and had some time to test it out, I will update/edit this review accordingly.

Can you believe it? I actually forked over $259 for a supposedly "indestructible" dog bed for my son's chocolate lab. And it lasted less than an hour!
