I had a problem and I reported it to Justia. I gave them all the info I could on 07/24 and asked them to remove my website. They sent me an email on 07/26 saying they would remove it, but it's still there.

justia.com and *** has posted a court case on their websites throughout the internet. I informed them 1) The court case involve sensitive personal information regarding a minor. 2) ALL of the allegations were proven FALSE and unfounded, 3) The Judge ordered all information regarding the case to be sealed.

I want my trademark listing, which ain't official, taken off your site 'cause it's got my personal info. The site, https://trademarks.justia.com/owners/***-***-XXXXXXX/, has my personal stuff and the serial number of a trademark I applied for (XXXXXXXX). I didn't say it was okay to put my personal info on this site, and the trademark didn't get approved.

My family court case is listed on their website and they have refused to remove it. According to justia.com, I have to hire an attorney which they listed on their website. I never gave consent for them to publish it directly or indirectly.

Justia website during a recent search provides information related to my name that is personal and I am associated with another person. This information provides a negative representation of my character and association, which hinders my professional relationships and processes. I would like my name to not be associated or a key search word in this report. Please have Justia remove the case document. Justia put my Michigan Appeals Court case on the internet. This case is from February . I was married to a really mean man who took me to court for 10 years. He lied about me in court. This thing they published is bad and made me lose my job. I should be free from my ex's abuse and my divorce stuff should be private. This case doesn't matter for other court cases. It's not in any of the Michigan court books because Michigan courts know it's not important. I want Justia to take down my personal info that's hurting my reputation on their website.

I need my name removed from their database as soon as possible before a lawsuit comes in. So, I googled *** my business and realized that my trademark information is being released on their website with my name as the owner, which I hate to see. I never agreed or worked with them to have that made public. So, I emailed them in May, and they replied telling me they removed it, but they don't know when it will really be removed. They gave me a whole bunch of gobbledygook that I don't care to know about. It's already July, and when you google my business name, they are still showing up, and I'm still on their website. I need this removed as soon as possible before the end of the month. This is my last attempt telling them about this; the next time will be a lawsuit in the mail.

I'm a victim/plaintiff in a federal lawsuit about a sexual assault. Justia, a for-profit company, has messed up my ability to keep my identity secret, protect my victim status, personal and professional life/brand by sharing super sensitive info. It's caused me a ton of distress 'cause I have PTSD from the assault. What's even worse is that Justia tries to act all high and mighty by sharing victim/plaintiff info, making the victims feel even worse. We've already gone through years of personal stories, affidavits, depositions, and cross-examinations in court, dealing with public scrutiny and jury trials. And all they say is, "Get a court order and we'll take it down?" Come on, Justia! I demand that you remove and stop reporting any and all info about my lawsuit from your website, Google, and any other places that mention my name, personal brand, or anything related to my case.

I contacted Justia.com and asked them to take down all the court documents and legal stuff about me from their websites and servers. The info they collect is wrong, even though they say they can keep and show info about people, according to the CCPA. Justia.com doesn't care about showing correct info, and their customer support doesn't check it either. This excuse doesn't help when wrong info messes up someone's life. Justia.com doesn't ask for money to remove court docs from their site, but they make their members pay every month for wrong info. I sent a nice email asking them to remove everything, but they haven't replied. I had to complain to the right people and start a campaign about how sites like Justia.com mess with people's rights.
