I orderd a form and didnt recieve the expected form but anothr form. Terrible.

They say $8 per month then charge you for a year and don't really have anything you can't get for free elsewhere. Lame.

My Mother passed away and I was tryin to take care of transferrin vacant land. I think the pricin is very misleadin and it is a SCAM the way they do business. I would like to be refunded the balance and I will be happy to pay the 8.99 as advertised for the month per their website.

I ordered the document and then cancelled. I expected to get $88 back on my credit card, so I would only pay $8 for the form I wanted. But I didn't get the credit, so I messaged their customer service and called them. They said I could only get $57 back, which means I paid $39 for one document. This is a clear BAIT AND SWITCH based on what their website said, and I don't like being taken advantage of.

But when you reload the page, none of this info shows, and even on the part that, I think, falsely advertises the $8.00 price, there's no print saying a monthly charge of $39.00. A person wouldn't even know they gotta go up top and hit the toggle switch. The rep said they'd only refund $56.00 'cause their true monthly charge is $39.00. I want an $88.00 refund 'cause their pricing page was super misleading.
