Not ticketing my booking for 3 months now
I have booked an international Air Canada flight with Justfly last November ($1154). Following an Air Canada schedule change in March, the ticket had to be re-booked. I approved the change with Justfly when they contacted me but since then they have never re-ticket it. Since March, I have spend over 20 hours with various agents promising me to resolve the issue but now, 3 weeks before my flight still nothing. I have asked numerous times for a manager/supervisor to call me back but that has never happened either. I am very worried, buying a new ticket so close to travel date will be close to $800 more (and still going up). Air Canada has told me many time that the only thing Justfly has to do is to issue the ticket for the new itinerary but they cannot help further since the ticket "belongs" to Justfly.
I really want this ticket to be issued ASAP.

justfly Booking Number [protected] which was for round trip flight to London via British Airways with BA confirmation number OXVURP. This flight was cancelled by British Airways due to covid. I requested a refund from Just Fly and was charged $35 on May 14, 2020 to process claim. November, 2020 received email stating I would receive refund in 12-18 weeks. As of today no refund. I should receive refund of $427.72 plus the $35 because of incompetent service

Contacted Justfly's customer support to attempt tp apply my refund for Justfly booking 183-606-072 to a new flight to the same destination and same airline. I talked to a service rep 3 times and the same resulting email to submit their quote was sent to me. I replied and I have not received any reply or code to apply to a new reservation. It takes over 4 hours on hold to get a representative on the phone, and the samr rhetoric is given about receiving an email. The email received is responded to, but no response is returned to acknowledge the email or provide a code to enter to apply the refund to my new flight. This circular avoidance of an actual response and resolution appears to be designed to frustrate me and get me to give up on my refund application to a new flight. I find that any company that utilizes that tactic will no longer receive any business from me. I will also encourage anyone I can to avoid any transactions with that company.

Booked a flight and unable to go due to Covid, I've tried to book a new flight but not able to get a live person on the phone to complain after waiting 3.5 hours on hold, I was told the flight I seen was available, was available then it wasn't a few minutes later not available on their end unless I wanted another flight for an additional $1, 400.
I don't waste your time or money with this company!

Our Trip in August 2020 was cancelled due to Covid 19 Can not reach a live person to talk to when you do which is very rare, they tell you they will call you or email you back in 24-72 hours but never do. We could not even reschedule a new trip, we have been working on this for almost a year with no resoution. They tell you to call the airlines the airlines tell you to call them. JustFly said its up to airlines to refundand airlines say it up to JustFly to refund JustFly took our $950.00 and we got nothing in return. THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL NO COUSTOMER SERVICES, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WILL NOT HELP. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING

I booked a flight on American Airlines through Justfly for May 2nd to the 9th, 2020 to Puerto Vallarta, booking #[protected]. Due to COVID restrictions Mexico closed its borders. I requested a refund through Justfly and received an email stating I could not be refunded, but could receive a credit of $1300.58. It then had a "yes, cancel my booking" button that I pressed and it redirected me to American Airlines where I proceeded to cancel my flight and receive credit for another flight. To make a long story short, I tried to rebook my flight today at American where they told me I would have to contact Justfly. I contacted Justfly and you said you couldn't help me, but I would need to contact American. Talk about passing the buck! I waited on hold to speak to an agent for over an hour at each site. Help! Refund and charges
I canceled my ticket due to Covid and justfly charged me $75 extra twice. Once taken out of refund which was non-existence and the 2nd one on my credit card. I tried to call them but there was no one to respond. I asked for call back and no one called back. This company should be put out of business. I lost the entire ticket and I had to pay extra. I should have left it alone and just lose the price of ticket. They say someone is present 24/7 to answer but this is a lie too.
Desired outcome: Give back the price of ticket and $75 that I was charged

Changed flight with no contact
I booked my flight to Cartagena, Colombia on 30MAR2021 for a roundtrip flight leaving Raleigh, NC on 8MAY2021. I login the day before to Spirit, whom the ticket is booked through and the flight has been completely changed. I was given no notice by email, text, or phone call from either JustFly or Spirit. Can not get ahold of anyone with JustFly and I had to call Spirit to speak with someone. Spirit refunded my departure ticket and I kept the return flight. I had to pay an additional $335 to get my flight on the 8th with Jetblue. I'm now in Colombia and just checked that my return flight has been changed from the 15th to the 14th. Problem with all of this is that I get married on the 14th! I cant get ahold of anyone from JustFly and it appears a flight home is going to cost me an additional $600. This is the worst booking experience I have ever had and a nightmare in terms of wedding planning. I will never use this company again and will diligently work to ensure the BBB gets to work on the unethical nature of this business. Poor form JustFly.com!

Not being able to change flights and can’t talk to someone
Call a dozen times received 2 emails with old flight information. On hold for hours. Waiting in call back takes days. They call in the middle of the night. I need to change my flight due to Covid. I have waited on hold for hours and they continue to pass me to the help desk which never answers the phone either. This has been extremely difficult and stressful. I would never use this company again. Customer service lacks compassion. My time is valuable.

Our flight to Brazil got cancelled due to Covid-19 and JustFly gave us the option to receive a refund (total amount of $2, 179.32), however, they never gave our money back. We have called customer service several times, and they keep saying that the refund has been processed. We contacted our credit card company and they confirmed that no refund has been received. It has been over 1 year!

Unfair cancellation and processing fees when the root cause of the problem is Justfly delays
My EVA AIR flight to the Asia bought from Just Fly was placed on "Waiting list" 4/29/2021 because Just Fly failed to reissue my ticket to the airline on time, as stated by EVA air agent during my call to them at 8pm. I was directed by the agent to contact Just Fly. I tried to contact Just Fly soon after my call to EVA AIR when I was placed on multiple HOLD some for over 15 min. Because of these long holds, I accepted the option for a Call BACK. The Call back was returned after 8am the following day, 4/30. Not getting the resolution on time, I had to cancel the flight. For this, I am being charged by Jet Fly for processing fee of $75! and had to pay a $200 cancellation fee: Extremely unfair as the root of the problem is JUST FLY's delay and inability to resolve issues on time.

Charged change fees for changes just fly denied
Just Fly charged me change fees 2 times of $150 each to change flights and then after charging me they emailed me that my flight change was denied but never refunded my money. I was charged $300 total for 2 different change fees that they denied before Delta requested to take the flight back and help me reschedule flights. The company said they would refund the money within 10 days and it's been close to 2 months. They won't take my calls at customer service or return an email when I try contacting support.

This company is terrible. I unexpectedly had to cancel a trip last summer due to COVID-19 affecting my family. They would not give me a refund & in order to keep my "travel credits" to reschedule my trip at another time, they made me pay an additional $140 to do so. At this time, the website AND telephone system won't allow me to speak to anyone to rebook my trip.

Misrepresentation and unethical behavior
I purchased a ticket in Dec 2020 from DTW to SFO for a flight on 5/1. THeir web site was advertising how they will change dates at no fees. They changed my flight and I call back to make changes to my ticket. They charged me an additional amount and told me Delta has to approve the change. We are now one week before the date of flight, changes have not happened, Justfly blames Delta, Delta tells me it is Justfly to be blamed and I am not helped by any of these agencies. I believe they mislead me to believe I can make changes, they sold me a cheap ticket and then they drop me to sell the ticket again and I hope there is something that can be done about it.

JustFly has acknowledged that I have a travel credit but will not put me through to a representative. It's an endless cycle of emails about how I urgently need to speak with someone, to phone calls where I'm on hold for hours then disconnected. I'm not sure anyone is even there.
I've been on hold for almost 2 hours today alone. I've tried to use the website since they claim to be very busy with Covid cancellations (for over a year now.) The website just generates the same useless emails that never get resolved. This has to be illegal. It's a fare of almost $700.

I bought a returnflight ticket late last year from San Francisco to Abuja Nigeria. I had a valid covid 19 test from Dignity health care here in San Mateo California.I proceeded to board at the date of my departure some time in first week of January 2021 but to my consternation, the Airline officials informed me that i would not be allowed to board because the Covid 19 test did not meet the airline requirement.Immediately i contacted justfly through thedesignated phone number but the line was not responsive so that i could be properly guided or rescheduled.I wrote several letters to justfly of my disappointment and frustration.There was an automatic response that they would get to me shortly but as i speak there have been no response.I have attached the variuos exbiits for your necessary and jet-flight response.I have lost faith and patience.Wishing your speedy response.Thank you.

I booked a fly from san francisco to abuja nigeria sometiime late last year 2020.I could not board due to the fact that the airline alleged that my covid test was not the appropiate one.I contacted justfly immediately for a possible solution via my phone number on [protected] and [protected] but the lines were unreacheable.I sent several email to justfly but there has been no response till date despite a promise to do so. I purchased a round trip ticket to Africa on August 5, 019. The departure date was June 17, 2020 and return on June 28, 2020. The airline (kenya airway) postponed all flights due to covid. Now that the airline is flying again, I need a unlocked voucher # from just Fly and can't reach a person and they won't return my scheduled phone call. I had a travel agent try assisting with issue and a rep from just Fly told him that I didn't show up for the flight so there's nothing Just Fly can do! The flight was postponed by the airlines, so why would I show up for a flight that was not going o happen due to coid? Kenya airway is offering a refund but they told me the booking company Just Fly must request the refund. This whole things is confusing an it doesn't help to not be able to speak with an agent.

Justfly is a really bad company because one they cancel my flights unknowing to me and they rebook on a flight that will take me 4 days to get to my destination. Their costumer service is really poor when i asked to talk to the manager they hang up the phone on me and when talk to them and ask them to book me on the day I want to travel they always say the flight is not available even if I tell them I look online and I see plane flying that day. When I ask to get my refund they say they cant refund my money for the flight they cancel

I bought a flight from JustFly agency online on 2/27/2020 for the value of $ 493.18 fight ticket #[protected] with Eastern Airlines fight123 Eastern Airlines Confirmation Number: JONK33. Eventually due to the pandemic the flight was canceled and I was given the option to change the date or request a refund. I agreed to get a refund since I did not know when the person who had to travel wanted to come. On May 6 Justfly charge me $36.99 for the flight insurance. On May 21, 2020 I received an email saying that the flight was stopped and that they would process my refund of $ 493.18 but I had to pay an additional $ 35.00 for the refund which I agreed to pay. I have proof from my bank account that the three charges were debited. Then I received an email saying your refund request has been accepted and will be processed for 45 days. On 10/21/2020 I opened a claim with my chase bank to request the refund and justfly denied it. Since then I have kept calling but there is no one available on the line and I have sent emails asking for the money to be returned and no one has returned it. Also on 5/1/2021 I called the direct airline and spoke with an agent named Jessica call reference # 49588, she told me that the money from my account never reached the airline that made the claim with justfly directly. Jessica gave me an email [protected]@skybirdtravel.com to ask for my money and I sent an email which I received the answer that this must be processed by JustFly. A year has passed and I have not received my refund, please request help as soon as possible .
I called the airline today 3/18/2021 and spoke to Jasmine Rodriguez who emailed me the proft that justfly never paid the airline so they cant issue me a refund. This means Justfly took my money and i never got it back. I really need help i am desperate and this is been going on over a year now. I keep on calling and emailing Justfly since may and up to now they havent refund me. I even opened a complaint through the BBB and they refused to refund me. This is not right please help!
