I applied for a rental on their website and it seemed like it was available, but apparently it already had a hold on it. The website says that they take the house off the market if there is a hold on the property, but I was still able to apply for it. On top of that, their website says that they won't accept an application unless the applicant has physically visited the property, but I never did and they still took my application. I only found out about all of this after I applied. I've been trying to reach someone in the office, but it seems like no one is ever there. The leasing agent doesn't have a phone number and when I do get ahold of the front desk, they just refer me to the leasing agent email, which they never reply to. I want my $85 application fee back, but no one ever returns my calls or emails. It seems like this place is a scam and they're just ignoring me. I've tried several times to reach out to them, but no luck.
